WARNING- IT GETS A LITTLE STEAMY AT THE END. I was about to write the chapter where they meet the guys at Blitz when I realised it was chapter 69. (Add lenny face here) So, I decided to add a fan service chapter for ya'll since I already wrote an actual chapter.

HOWEVER, I then realised that Wattpad is stupid and it showed 69 instead of 68 and that 68 also consisted of an A/N. Ugh.

So, for anyone that's not comfy with Al and Antonio gettin' their groove on in bed, doing the dirty, humpin' and pumpi-I'm just gonna stop. Bottom line, if you don't want the fan service and want to remain pure, just skip this chapter.

Alexis' POV

"Alexis! Alexis! I am a news reporter from..."

Security cleared the area and Reishard passed me a small card,"We'll pick you and your companion up tomorrow morning at your residence."

I nodded,"Good day, Reishard."

"Gale will do. No need for formalities." He saluted me before walking off.

I activated Loki again, turning invisible and running off, much to the disappointment of the crowd.

It was night, the two moons shone brightly.

Running on the roofs of houses, I saw a run-down building and some robots dismantling some arcade machines.

I slowed down to a halt.

"..."

It's hard to believe it, isn't it?

That sixteen years ago, this is where all this started.

I had a bit of a nostalgic moment before going off.

Times were changing, and we change with it.

No hanging onto the past, right?

I jumped down from the roof, slinking into an alleyway and taking a shortcut to the entrance of a gated community.

This place was exclusively for the richest of the rich.

One of the two gated communities in Careshia.

Antonio was waiting outside,"I take that it went well?"

"Way worse than you." I remarked as we walked in, the streets desolate.

Most of the people who lived here were Gallium officials and it was working hours now so it was quiet.

"This place looks like a futuristic earth. It's like they took the shitty part of earth and stomped it out before replacing it with everything good."

"Well, enjoy this part of the story. You'll see the other side soon enough."

"Other side?"

"For every rich man, there's a thousand beggars. Careshia's a first world planet and Ammabell is the capital. It's Gallium's HQ and home to the greatest minds and heroes. The saying's infamous in the worser off planets. For every Careshia there's a thousand planets with poverty-stricken, below income wage, lacking food, water and electricity planets. Think of it like this. Careshia's the good part of earth and the bad parts make up the rest."

"How is it that with all this technology, they can't support everyone?"

"Money talks. Without money, you shut up and listen." I laid down the hard truth.

"...Are the people on earth gonna be..."

"For some, no. For many, yes. I don't know what's better, letting them all die or forcing them into a life of poverty."
