Jared watched as his victim, Michael Mell, looked up at him, one prominent emotion seen in his eyes. Relief.
The brunette, upon seeing this, was confused.
Who would be relieved to be woken up in the comfort of their own home with a gun to the head?
"Are you just gonna sit there and let me shoot ya?" The boy asked, receiving a nod. "But why? Are you crazy or somethin'?"
He got no answer.
Jared nudged him with his foot. "Hellooo? You gonna answer me?"
More silence.
"No? Mkay. No last words, I'm guessin'?"
Jared wasn't ready for the words that were thrown at him, that slipped through the others small, plump lips.
