I held my breath as I anxiously knocked on the door of Ashley and Andy's apartment. Nothing at first then came a thud and some cursing.

"It's open!" A voice called. It sounded like CC. I twisted the knob and opened it.

I smiled sheepishly as I came into view of Ashley and CC, CC smiled but Ashley looked displeased to see me. Of course he would you abandoned his best friend for months.

"Speaking of the devil, Ashley said sourly. CC kicked him to shut him up, CC got up and came to give me a hug. I hugged him back.

"Andy's upstairs," CC said, Ashley threw a water bottle at him.

"What makes you think he'd want to see her?"

"He talked about her all last night."

"Thank you CC," I said. "And Ashley if you knew what was going on I dont think youd be such an ass so its okay."

   I rushed up to Andy's room with a childish grin on my face. I slowly opened his door, he was indeed asleep. Sprawled out, his mouth agape with the sheet wrapped around one leg and the other half exposed with his batman briefs. I smiled looking at him. I missed him so much just seeing him filled that emptiness I was feeling, without him or my dad. I walked upto his bed admiring his peaceful, sleeping face. I sat on the edge of he bed and caressed the side of his face. He stirred as I fixed his fluffy hair. Andy opened his eyes slowly, it felt like my breath was taken away seeing his bright blue eyes. They seemed empty at first but filled with emotion as he met mine.

   "Krystal?" He choked out.

   "Hi," I mumbled in response.

    He sat up quickly, it looked like his head spun a second, "wha- what are you doing here, where were you-"

   "I came back for your birthday, I was home it's a long story."

   "I-" he cut himself off, he grabbed my face and kissed me. Fuck morning breath. I kissed him back desperately wrapping my arms around his shoulders. God I missed the feeling of him.

     "Wow," I whispered breathlessly falling back onto the bed. Andy looked at me with an unreadable expression and pulled me into his arms to cuddle. He kissed my neck and my cheek.

   "I love you," he mumbled. We spent time just looking at eachother in comfort. Goddamn this man makes me so happy I forget about everything. "But, why did you leave?"

   I didnt like that question. It made me hurt some. "My dad, he was dying-"

   "Did he?" Andy asked. I bit my lip and nodded wanting to cry. "Hey don't cry it'll be alright. He's in a better place."

    I was surprised how chill he was just accepting me back in after I'd dissapeared. His words comforted me as he held me. This would've been the perfect moment to tell him that I love him but it just didn't come out.
