I'm not sure if I made this clear or not, but feel free to use any ideas from this book that you want! I don't care if you do. This is one reason I made this book.
Another reason is because I have trouble making one shots. My heart tends to annoy me when I try that's why I don't have a oneshot book or a story that's not ask and dares.
So if you want to use any of these go ahead and do you, no I DARE you to use them(Yes I'm trying to be funny).
