     Lucky Guy's P.O.V: "?"

Heading over to the kitchen, I realized I wasn't the only one examining this room as well as I watched some few of the hunters and survivors were already there. Thankfully, the kitchen wasn't really packed in, so I was able to investigate this matter by myself.

Taking a look at the knives that were placed in a line of order, I noticed that one of them was missing. So the kitchen knife that was used to kill the victim was proven to be the ultimate weapon after all...

Hm, if I could recall what every morning was like, it was usually Emma and the others who would always make something in the kitchen for us...

I guess Edgar was right after all, I needed more info from someone else... Perhaps it's the best time to trust my friends better than solving this crime by myself--

(???: "WELL YOU'RE NOT WRONG, LUCKY G--!" *Thinks: Oops, I couldn't contain myself!*)

     . . .

That voice... It sounds familiar... But where is it coming from? And who said that?

(???: *Thinks: OH SHooT! Back up Plan #B, here I go!* "OOOooohhhh, I'm THe GhOsT tO YoUr FuTuRE~!")

     . . .

     Ah--

    Hm--

-Never-mind. Just some random voices playing in my head, god dang it, it sounded a lot like Monokuma!

(Author's note: Yeah, that ???'s was me! My bad! The reason why I put question marks was because this was Lucky Guy's P.O.V so he didn't know about me at that time--)

But before I could tell Monokuma to stop bothering me in this investigation-- (A/N: I hope that's alright for somebody who told me not to say it, I mean, he didn't hallucinate that much did he? Okay, okay, I'll promise NOT to do that again, since I'm already bored and don't want to make Danganronpa a serious series here. A thousand times 'sorry'! If you want, a million times 'sorry'! And if that's not enough, a million-thousand-hundred-xfinity-ultra-super-duper-enormous 'sorry, sorry, sorry!' ಥ_ಥ )

"Lucky Guy?" A voice came from behind me and I almost jumped as my mind was interrupted. "Can I talk to you for a moment?"

"Um, sure, Luca," I replied confidently, wondering what's something he needed from me. "What is it?" I asked.

Luca stood in front of me with a fixed expression on myself, making me wonder if he's alright. "Mike told me you wanted to talk to me earlier this morning while I was asleep, so I wanted to know... What you wanted to talk to me for?"

Oh right, I almost forgot about that!

"Well..." I hesitated, unsure whether he wanted to hear the good news or the bad news. "I was going to contact you so we could head over to Freddy's room and examine the journal up closely, trying to get you to see that there weren't any specific sort of coded-dots on them..." And I went to the bad news, "But you were right, this morning, the journal was now replaced with dots that neither of us could understand."

"Hm, I see," the prisoner nodded his head curiously, but I could see that he believed me very easily. To be precise, Luca was the only one around here who believed anyone so easily fast! Unless it got to do with some arguments, everybody knows that he wanted to believe in something, right?

So it's possible he could at least trust me for just a moment without telling himself that I might be the person to stay away from...

"Yeah, sorry about that," I apologized to him.

"No need, I totally understand your point of perspective, Lucky Guy," Luca finally smiled at me, no longer doubting hope. "If there's anything you need from me, let me know!"

"W-wait," I began, "You said you found the journal in the classrooms, right?"

"Yeah, somewhere around there," Luca explained with a stern look in his eyes. "I've been trying hard to figure out the meaning of its code, but I guess it was pretty useless to do it all by myself so I--"

"So you threw that journal right in Freddy's face?" Tracy snickered right behind us, almost laughing out loud. Not wanting to cause a scene, she gently calmed herself down, and continued the conversation like it was nothing. "Hmph, well that explains what a prisoner 'can' and 'not' do."

Ugh, I wish she would be a little nicer, just for once. But I'm pretty sure that will never happen. Although, good thing Freddy wasn't here or else he'll go berserk for sure!

"Speaking of which," my mind suddenly wandered off, "Um, Luca? Do you mind if I have a private chat with Tracy first?"

"Of course, I'll be off on my way if you need anything," and just like that, he went off and headed to one of the other survivors that were still busy examining through the kitchen.

     Thanks, Luca. You're the best.

"So?" Tracy's voice finally brought me back into reality here as I realized that I've been staring at Luca for so long, not even noticing Tracy had been waiting for me to say something.

"Oh right, sorry!" I apologized before questioning the mechanic, "For yesterday, no wait, I think it was before yesterday, ah-my mind is off on the hook right now--"

(A/N: I'm losing track of details here, sorry if this gets confusing if I forgot when that was. Since the attack was before Halloween, I could guess that it's before yesterday.)

"Just say it," her voice stated flatly, and I could tell she was running out of patience for talking to me.

     Downright rude.

"Fine, did you send me this letter?" I handed it over to her to take a closer look. "You wrote that you wanted to see me, right? Think it was before yesterday."

Tracy the Ultimate Mechanic stood dumbfounded at what she was seeing in her hands. Her eyes were huge as she read the letter over and over again, even seeing her signature name signed on the bottom of the letter. Finally after a few minutes, she muttered, "I-I didn't write this...."

Not sure if she was telling the truth or not, I pressured once more, "But Kevin told me he had seen you peeping out of your doorways, looking for someone before dinner, didn't you?"

Staring at me with disbelief written all over her face, the Tracy that I used to know backed away from me, and before I knew it-- she clutched her chest while taking the letter with her, and ran away from me.

"Hey, wait!" I yelled after her.

But she didn't stop, she crashed onto the other survivors in the room, and that's when the hunters decided to intervene. A hunter named Leo Beck stood by the exit, not letting her pass through as she yelled that she needed to go to the restroom.

Restroom? Why now? Was it something that I had said?

"No miss," Leo Beck said softly, "Everyone stays here."

"But. I. Have. An. Emergency!" Screamed Tracy, her face boiling with anger. "Let. Go. Of. Me. You. Rotten. Monster!"

Those words must've stun the poor hunter so badly that he genuinely stepped aside for her to pass through...

But in that moment, anger rushed through in Emma's eyes as she cried, "My father is not a monster!"

Gasp suddenly erupted through the entire room as everyone stood in silence, confused and awe at what the gardener had just said.

"Ah..." Emma's eyes avoided everyone's stares as she suddenly became shy, "It's n-not what it looks like, you guys..."

"Hmph!" Tracy gave Emma an icy glare, "If that's the case, then I hope you and your father rot in the execution, traitor!" And with that, the mechanic rushed out of the kitchen, and was gone...
