Your Deaf

Your POV:

When I was younger, I didn't know if a boy could love me.

When I was 15 I had my first boyfriend, we dated for 4 months. I fell hard and fast but eventually he got sick of sign language and me. He cheated and then left me. I was upset, I mean the first person I trusted cheats on me and then leaves me.

After that I stopped trying.

It changed though when I met Bukayo Saka. He was patient and before we went on our first date, he learned sign language, enough to sign to me and to understand me. I was in awe over him because he learned it for me, to talk to me. I was delighted and that led to more dates.

He learned how to sign language pretty quickly and we became official 4 months later.

I met his family and let me tell you something, they all learned sign language to talk and understand me. I was overwhelmed and I cried. I never thought I'd meet someone who would do this for me.

We have a lot to do but I do have to tell him I'm pregnant. I put the pregnancy test and scan picture in a box. I put a bow on it and smile. I have ways to know if someone enters the house, the vibrations and stuff. I look up and Bukayo is standing there. I stand up and he signs to me. "Hi, my love" signed Bukayo. "Hi, Kayo. I have something for you" I signed back. He takes it and opens it. He smiles and places it on the table.

"I'm gonna be a dad" signed Bukayo. "Yes" I signed back. "I love you" signed Bukayo. "I love you too" I signed back to him, smiling. He places his hands on my cheeks. He kisses me.

The whole pregnancy was great with him, I told him my fears about not being able to hear our babies cries, laughter, etc but he told me our baby will love me no matter what.

I believed him and when our son, Kayden Luke Saka. I had worries but I didn't have to because I knew when he cried and laughed. I knew everything and I knew it would be easier.

We got married when Kayden was 2 and Kayden has a great personality and we taught him how to sign. He loves it.

Nine months after our wedding we had twins, a daughter and son. Lila Rose and Evan Ross Saka. They are amazing and we know we will teach them sign.

Our family is what's important.

I hope you enjoyed this sweet and short imagine!
