You surprise him at the world cup

I told Jude I wasn't able to go to the world cup because of college but I was lying. I told the college and well, they agreed to allow me to hand in all my assignments early before I went over to Doha for the Wales v England match. Me and my best friend, Poppy ahave just landed in Doha, so we decide to go to our room for a nap. 

I wake up and yawn. I go have a shower and find an outfit. I pull on shorts, a blouse and a pair of sandals. I brush my hair and put it in a braid. I smile and wash my face. I step out and Poppy smiles at me. "Let's go explore!" said Poppy. I nod. "The match is in three hours, I have to meet Fern, Kate and Sasha. Come on, their great" I said, smiling. "I know I just don't fit in with them" said Poppy. "Just try, they will love you" I said, smiling. "But their all rich and stuff" said Poppy. "Poppy, they have their own lives outside of their husbands. Sasha is really nice, and yeah their all in their 20s but come on, we're nearly 20!" I said. "Fine, lets go" said Poppy. 

We find them and I hug Sasha. "I've missed you!" said Sasha. "Same here" I said. "How did you get out of college?" asked Sasha. "Oh, they let me send the assignments in early" I said, smiling. "That's great though, does Jude know?" asked Sasha. "No. I want to surprise him, you know" I said. "Aw" said Sasha. Poppy is looking around. Gareth Southgate walks over. "Here you go, Ivory and you must be Poppy! I'd love to stay and chat but I have to go back to the team" said Gareth. I thank him and he walks away.

I smile and pull out my jersey. I go to the bathroom and pull it on. I smile and step back out. "Kate!" I said, going to hug her. "Awww my favourite person!" said Kate, smiling. "Let's go" said Poppy, pointing to everyone leaving. "Coming" I said. We get on the bus and it drops us off at the stadium. 

We get off and go inside. Poppy is quiet but I'm sure it's cause she's shy. We sit down and I smile. "Poppy, you ok?" I ask. "No. I feel ignored" said Poppy. I sigh. "Poppy, please. Your not. You don't interact with anyone but me, try. Please" I said. "Um.... sure" said Poppy. "Poppy! How is college?" asked Kate, smiling. "Oh I dropped out" said Poppy. "Oh, why?" asked Kate. "I just didn't like it, it was boring" said Poppy. "College isn't for anyone" said Kate, smiling. "Yeah" said Poppy. I lean back and I watch the teams walk out. 

I smile and cheer. I watch Jude, he looks so good right now. I need to see him! As the match goes by, Jude is doing so good. Once it ends I cheer. Jude comes over and meets his family. "Jude" I said. He turns and gasps. "Holy shit! Baby!" said Jude, running to me and kissing me. We pull apart. "Hi! I have missed you! How? What?" said Jude. "I got permission to submit my assignments early and well, I decided to surprise you" I said, smiling. We share a kiss and then we talk for a while before we have to part ways for a bit so he can change.

We head back to his hotel and we settle down for the night. We fall asleep on his bed and we're out for the night.

I pray England wins!
