Chapter 73:

YOUR P.O.V.

Wes goes to shut the door when Mattia pushes it open and walks inside, taking Wes by the shirt. I see him look around nervously making me scared for myself

What if he hurts me in school. Or maybe he'll do something to me when I'm at home by myself. He's insane

"Are you fucking crazy! Get out!" Wes yells

"No we're gonna have a talk" Mattia says, his jaw clenching

"Wes!" Someone yells from inside the house. I look around confused at who it would be as Alejandro does the same.

"Wes cmon!" Someone shouts again. It's definitely a female.

But not kaitlyn.

Mattia lets go of Wes and begins walking in the direction of the noise which is down the hall. We all follow.

"Aye you can't go down there!" Wes says but Mattia ignores him as he continues walking.

"Wessss!" The girl says as Mattia approaches a door. It sounds like the noise is coming from inside. He hesitates  before going to turn the knob. And then he reaches for it

"I told you to stop!" Wes yells as he takes Mattia by the shirt. They're the same height which makes it harder for one of them to have advantage over the other

Alejandro goes to pull Wes off of him and Kairi does as well.

I look at the door knob and back at the boys

"I'll call the cops on you" Wes says tugging on Mattia as they push each other

I look back at the knob and reach out for it. Who's in there

"Dawn don't go in there" the guy says to me but I ignore him and turn the knob, pushing the door open. And my jaw drops like never before

"Jenna?!" I yell

Her face goes red. "D-dawn?"

Mattia turns around shocked at what he just heard but I block him from looking inside. She's naked and pulled the comforter over herself.

"Why're you here!" She yells at me

"Why are you here!"

"Because Wes and I met online a few months ago! Why're you here,Dawn!" She yells at me

Wes pushes past me and goes to shut the door in my face when Mattia goes and pushes it open. "You're fucking kidding me. Jenna why the fuck did you come here!" He yells angrily

"How do you even know Wes!" She yells, directing her attention to me

I go quiet as I look at Mattia and the boys who don't know what to say.

"Jenna get out. Wes and I are gonna have a talk" Mattia says eyeing the boy

She rolls her eyes and looks over at Wes who looks back at me. I push past the boys and leave the room, sitting on the floor of the halls as I hear her get off the bed and see her walk out the room, covered with a bedsheet

She doesn't even look back at me. Doesn't say anything.

The door to the room slams and I hear immediate shouting coming from inside.

I'm shocked. And confused. And don't know what to do. How the hell did she meet him. Why did she come here.

She knew I was here

The door to the bathroom opens and I see her walk out and she stops in her tracks when she sees me sitting on the floor. I turn away from her unable to say anything.

But then I feel someone sit next to me. I turn to my right to see her on the floor, avoiding making eye contact.

"Jenna why're you here" I say looking down at the floor

"It's none of your concern" she replies harshly

"No it is" I say angrily causing her to look up at me with a shocked face.

"How do you know Wes"she asks

"How do I know him?" I say annoyed. "Not that it should matter to you but he's been abusing me all year"

She raises her brows. "Yeah right. You say a lot of people abuse you"

I stand and look down at her. "Are you insane? Why would I ever fucking lie about being raped" I begin with my voice getting louder

"For attention"

"Why would I want the attention!"

"Because you're an attention seeking whore" she replies. "You're the biggest whore I've ever met actually"

"Maybe you shouldn't say that right now giving the fact that we all just saw you naked in this guy's bed" I say shaking my head.

She looks down. "How did he 'abuse' you"

I take a breathe. "He hits me" I say wiping off my foundation off my cheek. "He just gave me this bruise on my cheek" I say causing her to look up at me. She observes the mark and I see her getting more uncomfortable

And then that smug look she had on fades away. "Why did he do-"

"Because he's been trying to get with me ever since I moved here and I keep telling him no"

"But he's a nice guy-"

"No" say sharply. "He's a horny guy. He doesn't care about you,Jenna"

She nods slowly. "Well he told me he did"

"Well that's all a lie"

She pulls the cover of the sheets closer to her skin. "Dawn I'm sorry-"

"Dont say sorry just because I caught you having sex with him"

"That's not why I'm saying sorry"

"So why then"

"Because you didn't deserve to get hit by him" she looks down. "Or anyone"

I don't respond

"I hope you can forgive me" she says as she stands up. "I'm sorry for everything I did to you" she outstretches her arms for a hug

"Do you forgive me?" She asks staring at me.

"No"
