35. She have to die

"I.....Maybe I should, um....l-leave." She got out of his grip looking away. She eventually turned to the door and headed out of the pool area. Hyunjin was just staring at her childish behaviour. He knew that Y/n was still unconscious from the kiss. He couldn't help but smile like crazy. "Her lips feel so good."

Y/n came back to the restaurant and saw Mrs Bahng, who was setting the tables. As soon as she found Y/n in her eyes, her beaming smile showed up and gave her a tight hug.

"Y/n, you came back. I missed you so much!" She released the hug. She noticed that Y/n was not her usual self. She didn't say a word since she came back. She pulled her from her wrist and made her sit down on a chair.

"My cash cow is back." She clapped her hands. "Now tell me," Y/n mumbled a small what? "Tell me how far down the line did your relationship with Hyunjin got?"

"How did you know that!?" Her voice was amusing. Mrs Bahng gasped. "I told you! When a single man and a single woman is in a room, anything can happen easily. What did Hyunjin do to you?" She teased her. "N-Nothing. I just wanted to come back home so now I'm here." She quickly said and went to her room not letting the lady question any further. "It looks like she had it. Hope she used protection." She chuckled.

He settled his coat buttons and was about to leave but Han made his appearance from the main door that made his steps settle for a while. "Good that you are here. I was about to call and tell you that I will not be coming to the company today. I'm going to the Tropical Restaurant."

Han made a pity face. "Sorry, Mr Hwang, but I have to hold you for a while." He turned his head to the main door. Soon Jiho entered the house. The attitude she held always looked disgusting in Hyunjin's sight. Not wanting to see her early in the morning.

"I found the thief of the sapphire." Hyunjin made a hand gesture for her to sit down. She handed him the iPad. As soon as the video played he froze. He was left motionless. "At first, I was there to ask about the cause of the fire. I didn't expect to find this video there." He thought for a while.

"Miss Jiho, can you not tell anyone about these videos?" Her eyes were shaking. "Why? The evidence is clear!" Hyunjin remained calm and replied. "It's a company matter. I don't want it to go outside." She shook her head and stood up.

"Ok, but I have to remind you, an unknown person like Ms Bahng, it would be better if you don't stay around her." He glared at her. Hyunjin opened his mouth but then he chose to stay silent then making a fuss. Jiho scoffed and left his mansion. Hyunjin sighed when he started to get it all. "The reason you said sorry... was this. Han, start the car."

"How am I supposed to face him in future? Maybe it was just an impulse. Who said he likes me?" Somi's ears were bleeding from hearing the same thing again and again from yesterday. "Can you stop!?" She yelled at her. A knock was heard on the door of her room."Who?" She asked. When no one replied she decided to open it.

The door opened revealing Hyunjin. She widened her eyes. "Why are you here?" He stepped in without saying anything. "I just want to ask you one question." He came straight to the point with a scary glare which made her gulp. "As for the sapphire, do you have something to tell me?"

She pulled her head down to avoid eye contact. She knew he knows it. He knows it all. "Yes, I took it. So what?" She looked up at him. His face saddened. "Why?" His facial expression and voice showed that he was hurt.

"Just why? For changing money? Or research? Or will you give it to other companies?" No words left to say. "I-I can't tell you." He chuckled. "Then, let me ask you in another way. From when did you get your eyes on it? From the day you stole it? Or earlier? Or the day you promised to be my girlfriend."

"Hyunjin! I promised to be your girlfriend not for that!" He closed his eyes. "Do you think I will trust you? Y/n. I told you as long as you tell me the truth, I will forgive you." He felt like his energy was drained from him. He had never been this upset in his entire life.

"But why did you lie to me? I don't care about the sapphire. What I really care about is that you never have explained anything to me. If you want it I can give it to you." She shook her head. "No, Hyunjin. I was never supposed to lie to you but I just can't tell the truth."

"You're still covering it up. I....." He didn't say further. He was done with the lies. He quit asking and came back to the car. Han saw the worst expression on Hyunjin's face. "Inform the research department to abandon the sapphire project."

"Y/n, I have a suggestion. Why don't you die?" Somi said as Y/n widened her eyes in excitement. "You're right! Let's search which is the tallest building of Seoul." An hour passed by and now they were standing on an unknown building's rooftop. "Somi, is this height ok?" She looked at the height.

"You are produced by your parent planet, so there is energy from your planet in you. If you die, the signal may be sent to the headquarters of our planet. I have searched the whole system and this is the last hope." She stood on the edge and looked down. "Somi don't you think that if I die publicly, it will be hard to save us? I mean what if someone takes us to the hospital or something? Let's think of other ways." She backed up returning her steps.

Y/n saw a power plant on her way home. "Maybe an electric shock can help me die." She kept somi on a stone nearby and lifted her hands and touched a wire, tearing it. A huge circuit happened to take place. "Did I die?" She checked herself. She was perfectly fine. "No....but...I guess the whole street is out of electricity." Somi as Y/n looked around to see the whole place to be covered with darkness. "Why!??"

She came back home with disappointment in herself. As soon as she entered her room, something popped into her mind. She quickly went to one of the shelves and took out a plastic bag. "If I take all these medicines, maybe something happens to me. Right?"

She opened all of them and mixed them up before gulping them down. She was hoping for the side effects to appear after some minutes. She waited for a while. "Somi, the medicines are no harm. I guess I digested them all." She cried out. "There is only one way left. I should die from hunger."
