She proceeded directly into his office. "Jeongin-" She saw he was on the phone talking to someone. "Yeah bring in the files." He hung up and looked at her. "What's the matter?" He asked. "Sorry, Jeongin. I thought you only play games in the company so I directly came in."

He pouted a little. "What do you mean? I always play games at the company?" Y/n poked her inner cheek. Jeongin rolled his eyes lazily in defeat. "Okay fine. Truly I'm only good at playing games. Forget it. What brings you here?"

She suddenly realized why she came there. "I just wanted to ask you that do you know anything about, like... Is Hyunjin going to resign?" Jeongin stood up with wide eyes.

"No! He-he can't resign! I have to take over the company! I can't even reach level twelve in my games how the fuck and I supposed to handle a freaking company!?" Y/n remained frozen at his sudden outburst. "You gotta be kidding me."

"Well, no I'm not! I can't take over the company! I'm not ready!" Y/n shook her head. "Not that. I mean you gotta be kidding me that you can't reach level twelve." Jeongin looked at her so done.

She didn't know what got her in his place again. "What's the matter?" He said without looking at her. "Just wanted to say that.... call me if you need help in anything." Hyunjin turned his chair in her direction. "And what can you help me with? Okay, tell me what you're good at." He smiled a little.

She thought for a few seconds and then replied. "I have a keen perception of handsome males." She said jokingly. Hyunjin laughed out loud. "How about you move to my office and sit right there,"

He pointed at the couch stuck on the wall opposite to him. "and appreciate me." She rolled her eyes. "You're too confident about yourself, aren't you?" She said grinning. He chuckled again still finding the words funny she said a few seconds ago. "Jokes aside, seriously now, if you need any help just contact me." He stared at her with his beautiful smile. "Why?"

"Because I'm worried about you!" Her voice was serious. He stood up and walked to her. "Thank you." He breathed out. She didn't speak and instead stared into his eyes. "Even though the company wants me to leave after knowing about my amnesia, things are not over yet."

"What are you planning to do?" She asked softly. "I'll figure it out. And if I'll need your help, I'll find you." He smiled a little. She smiled back and held each side of his arms and pushed him gently towards his chair. "You should go back to work." She said and walked out of his office.

"Wait, Y/n!" He shouted from behind. She turned around to find Hyunjin already behind her. "I need your help."

"Dad." He bowed to him. Mr. Hwang was sitting in his study drinking some beer. He gestured for Hyunjin to sit down. As soon as he sat down Mr. Hwang started. "Are you thinking of resigning?" Hyunjin nodded a little. Mr. Hwang looked away and shook his head.

"You're lying. I know you won't give up this easily. Tell me, what have you planned?" He asked and looked at him. Hyunjin sighed. "Nothing much but, I've got an inspiration. If it goes smoothly-"

"Marry Jiho." Hyunjin looked at his father surprised. "Where did she suddenly come from?" Mr. Hwang stood up and went to the big window glass to let his back face Hyunjin. "The current situation can't be solved with the power of you and me. Only depending on Jiho can get you back your position."

Hyunjin closed his eyes. "Dad...you don't understand." He stood up and walked to him as he turned around himself. Hyunjin's eyes filled with disappointment and betrayal. "The reason why I became like this is not because of my exposition, nor others' opinions. I'm a patient indeed. It's normal to be questioned about my defects. But I want to stay to prove myself!"

His tears dropped from his eyes, rolling down his face. Those weren't from sadness, they were from anger and frustration filled within. "My sickness has always been a stain on me. I've always concealed it. Always." He paused for a while.

"Whenever anyone came to me they always asked of how to cover it up but, only one person, she said, everyone loses their memory. It was just that I lost my memories quicker than others. From that day on, I suddenly thought, it was not a stain at all."

Mr. Hwang lowered his head. "The reason why you don't want to marry, is just not because you want to prove yourself, right?" He asked. "You know the other reason dad, you definitely do." Mr. Hwang held Hyunjin's shoulders. Hyunjin avoided eye contact. "Choose, your family, or Y/n. As your father, I beg you Hyunjin, Please."

"Why did you call me this late?" Han walked down the stairs of his house. He found Hyunjin sitting on the couch. With just one glance, he figured out he was not well. His eyes were puffed up. Hyunjin decided not to look up at him. "Han, suspend all the tasks I work on." Han remained stunned. "Why? A-Aren't there other ways to solve this?" Han waited for his answer. "As long as I give up Y/n, I can solve all the crises."
