53. Who is the couple?

"You always bring me so much trouble. I shouldn't get close to you." Y/n kept listening without replying. He pressed both hands to each side of his head to lessen the pain. There was silence between them until she started to speak.

"If only I hadn't met you in the beginning, I wouldn't have saved you. I wouldn't have stayed here and most importantly......I wouldn't have been your girlfriend. You wouldn't have protected me again and again. You are not what you used to be. Now you always make me think that you are a hallucination. And that hallucination-" She looked towards her right shoulder. She sighed. "He fainted."

9 p.m. She looked at the watch once again. Picking up her phone from the table, she made her call. "The number you have dialled is switched off." She hung up the phone and called someone that came into her mind the first.

He was working overtime. His phone started to ring. He looked at the callers I'd with a questionable face. "Why is she calling me?" He picked up. "Yes, Ms Kim." He said politely. "Is Hyunjin there?" She got straight to her point. "Mr Hwang had an appointment with Y/n. He isn't back till now." He explained. "Mr Han, if he comes back, please tell him that I will wait for him all the time." With that, she ended the call. "I will wait for him all the time." Han imitated her by raising his voice to a high pitched one. "Dramatic ass."

Her neck was sprained by staying in the same position for a long time. She gently pushed his head away from his shoulder as he sat straight. "He was sleeping all the time?" She facepalmed herself. "I need to get out of here." She made sure Hyunjin wasn't touching her and then started to move her fingers. When she was about to use her power, she felt two arms around her body. Hyunjin hugged her closely and made his head rest on her shoulder. Her powers stopped working. "Great!" She exclaimed sarcastically.

"Is his fever gone?" She checked his temperature by touching his face. "I think it's gone. Hyunjin, wake up." She shook him.

She looked at the leather-covered chair opposite her and smiled.

His haircut made him look like a coconut. The yellow-coloured school uniform made him look professional. He was reading a magazine when he felt someone staring. He looked up and smiled. "What are you looking at?" He grabbed the milk tea and took a sip. She smiled. "Nothing. Can't I stare at you?" She said teasingly.

The sound of opening the door made her look at it immediately. But sudden disappointment made through her. "I can't find Mr Hwang. I'll drive you home." She looked away. He sighed. "Ms Jiho, he was well aware he had to come to meet you. He even told me to remind him that he has an appointment with you. And now if he didn't show up, he must've his reasons. Maybe something special came up."

"So he told you to remind him of the appointment with Y/n also?" Han frowned. "Uh, no. Mr Hwang arranged the meeting himself." She let out a chuckle. "So he needs someone to remind him to meet me but not for Y/n. Who do you think is more important in his mind."

He didn't hesitate to answer. "Well, I think that...you shouldn't bother yourself." She threw the glass on the table. Han flinched. She looked down. "Get lost." He rolled his eyes. "Take care." He bowed and then made a weird face mocking her in his mind, leaving the place.

She looked at the glass filled with milk tea and started to laugh like a crazy woman. "I can't believe that, I can't beat a person that is forgotten by you." She picked up her phone. "Hello? I have to make an announcement. I'm in love with Hwang Hyunjin."

"The famous womanizer president Hwang Hyunjin's secret relationship with the heir of the K Group, Ms Kim Jiho. They are determined to be a couple." The reporter finished her sentence as she heard a lot of noises and noticed the woman coming up in her white suit. The reporters gathered around her. "Ms Kim, about the rumours of you and Mr Hwang's relationship, do you feel any sense of insecurity?"

She smirked. "Are you both planning to marry in the future?" Another one asked. "It depends." She didn't bother to answer much and walked passed them.

He moved a little feeling his discomfort on his back. He slowly opened his eyes and rubbed them. He looked beside him as his eyes widened. He quickly got up. "Bahng Y/n, get up!" He shouted. "Why are you shouting early in the morning!"

She yelled back with her eyes still closed. She took her time to open them and rubbed them later. She got up and stretched her body. "What happened yesterday?"

"Well, you sprained my neck and my back aches too so you owe me a lot from last night." He made her look at him by grabbing her shoulder to turn to him. "If I remember correctly, you fed me with a pill yesterday." She suddenly realized what she did. "Shit! I didn't get the annunciator!" She cried her heart out. "Why are you so weak? Just the heartbeat increasing medicine caused you a high fever. Because of that, I forgot to take it."

"Weak? Me? I am stronger than you!" He argued. The door suddenly clicked open. "Sorry, I forgot that you are in here." He said feeling guilty. Hyunjin looked at the man in anger. "Why are young couples so impulsive nowadays."

"Who is the couple?" They both said at the same time.
