This morning Dean and (Name) woke up to Sam gone, with no trace of where he went. (Name) stole a car so they could split up and look for him. After searching around a bit she parked the car and sat on the hood, taking out her phone. "Ellen, it's me again. Any chance you've heard from him?" She asked, bobbing her leg in a nervous habit.

"What about Dean? Have you heard from him?" She asked. (Name) let out a sigh, after hearing Ellen's reply. "It's like looking for his Dad all over again. Can't these Winchester boys ever be easy to find?" She asked, getting frustrated.

"No, I've called him a thousand times, there's nothing but voicemail. I don't know where he went, or why. Sam's just gone." She explained, then her phone beeps. "Hold that thought, I'm getting a call." She said, before pulling her phone away from her ear to see the number.

Her eyes light up and she couldn't have answers it quick enough. "Sam?! Where are you? Are you okay?" She asked, in panic. "Hey, hey, hey! Calm down. Where are you? ....All right, don't move, I'm on my way." She said.

In a motel room, Sam hangs up the phone slowly, looking numb. His knuckles are bloody.

(Name's) P.O.V
I passed a sign that said, Twin Lakes, pulling into the parking lot of the motel. I parked my car and got out, speaking to the older Winchester on my phone. "Dean, it's okay. I got him. Just head back to Bobby's and we'll be there soon." I said, shutting my car door.

"Alright. Don't let him out of your sight" Dean said. "Got it. I'll call if anything happens." I said, and hang up, frantically walking down a narrow hallway and checking door numbers until I reaches room 109.

I knock on the door. "Sam, it's me. Sam!" I said, but he didn't answer, I try the door and it's open. Inside, Sam sat on the bed, numb. "Sam?" I said, walking over to him.

"Hey, (Name)." He said, in a quite voice. I kneel down beside him. "Are you bleeding?" I asked, looking at the blood on his knuckles. "I tried to wash it off." He replied.

I notice something on Sam's shirt and open his jacket to see his shirt is covered in blood. "Oh my god." I whispered. I grope at it, searching for a wound but I couldn't find any sign he's been hurt.

"I don't think it's my blood." Sam said. "Whose is it?" I asked. "I don't know." He replied. "Sam, what happened?" I asked, finally Sam lifts his head to look at me. "(Name). I don't remember anything." He said, his voice breaking.

I left Sam to ask around and see if anyone saw what he got up to. After that I returns to the room, with a bag of grocery. Sam has changed his clothes and is looking a little less out of it. "What'd you find out?" He asked me when I enter the room.

"You checked in two days ago under the name Richard Sambora. Your room's been quiet, nobody's noticed anything unusual." I explained, setting the bag on the table. "You mean no one saw me walking around covered in blood?" He asked. "Nope." I replied.

"Then how the hell did I get here, (Name)? What happened to me?" He asked, getting anger. "I don't know. But you're... you're okay, and that's what matters. We can deal with everything else." I said, calmly.

"Oh really? 'Cause what if I hurt someone? Or worse?" Sam said, beginning to panic. "Sam..." I said, trying to calm him down. "What if this is what my Dad warned Dean about?" He asked.

"Hey, slow down, let's not jump the gun here, alright? We don't even know what happened. Let's just treat this like any other job. What's the last thing you remember?" I asked.

Sam sigh and took a seat on the edge of the bed. "Just me, you and Dean, just, in that motel room in West Texas, going out to grab some burgers, and..." Sam explained, I narrow my eyes at him.
