Dreaming was rare for Nora, at night, she wouldn't sleep. In the day, every now and then she would stare out at a window and just see herself being happy; no matter the consequences in her life. She would see the younger version of herself and wish that girl didn't die yet, wishing her childhood wasn't cut short when talks of being a disgrace happened at age 12, the years before womanhood.

The loud yells of her mother would ring her ears, meaning that was enough time to be looking out the window before she zoned out completely. Her mothers yelling was a wake up call every time, telling Nora that no matter what, she'll always be Nora, the girl that let her parents down because she isn't a boy.

Staring off into the window in the library, Nora could care less as to what Atticus and Regulus could be talking about, seeing people below run to be inside the castle. Whenever it rained, it felt like white noise to Nora, she could easily sleep like a baby any day, curling up in her blanket and passing out before her brain starts to annoy her again.

It's been a month and two days where Nora and James have been on a break. Many still can't believe that the relationship was so quick, some thought Lily Evans had something to do with it, knowing how hard James was crushing on the red head so much.

"I heard Black was jealous of Evans and ended it."

"Potter rather be with Evans than with black."

"Nora deserves better, Potter was a piece of shite to her."

"I heard Evan Rosier was the one who broke up Nora and Potter."  Nora snapped her neck to the person who said that, rolling her eyes when she saw it was Evan smacking his book bag down to sit beside Regulus.

"Fuck off Evan." Atticus rolled his eyes, turning to see Nora sigh and look at the blonde. "You really know how to piss off people." Nora sighed, seeing regulus do his ancient runes work.

Sighing and realizing her view to the window was blocked, Nora decided to get her work done with Atticus, preparing for the O.W.L.s, coming sooner than they ever expected. Nora had finished all the packages they were given, getting O's on every single one.

The professors didn't understand how Nora was able to get her work done, especially since she barely tries to pay attention and often thinks about James. It's not her fault though, something about James acting weird never made sense to her, she tried to figure out what, but nothing came to a conclusion.

"Well lads and ladies, what's the agenda on this sad afternoon?" Evan decides to ask his friends, wondering where Betty was. Atticus too wondered where the girl was, asking Nora if she knew. "I think Carrow punched Nott so she stayed to help Pomfrey, to try and get some experience with blood." Regulus explained, hearing a snot from Nora.

"She probably fainted, I admire her trying to be a healer." Nora says lightly, getting a small sticker from Atticus who agreed with her.  "Not wrong there." Evan agreed, getting a nod from Nora.

"So, when are you ready to date again?" Evan asks, changing the topic as the table went a little quiet. "Because I know a lad who is definitely your type." He says; acting as if it isn't him. Nora plays along; pretending to be intrigued and asking what his name even is.

"It's uh, Devon, yeah, he's a half-blood I was partnered up with, sweet Slytherin." He lies with a little wince. Regulus tries to not break out laughing as Nora raises an eyebrow. "Evan, that's very sweet, can I meet him in person?" Nora asks dumbly, leaning back in her chair.

Evan sat a little stunned, realizing he set himself up to be humiliated, cursing under his breath. "You were doing so well if that helps." Atticus pipes in, getting a look from regulus who said otherwise.
