Chapter XIX. The Spoils Of War

Narrator POV

In Dragonstone, the dragon pit, nighttime. Aeryn and Daemion walk in with Laela and Reagan. Aeryn says "Here, Rhaenys, stand here and let the dragon claim you"

Reagan says "You sure that safe"

Daemion says "You are a Targaryen, Reagan nothing will happen"

The dragons look at them and as they smell them. Reagan laughs as dragon Yaegar approaches him and he nervously puts his hand on him.

Laela smiles "Try to ride him"

Reagan takes a deep breath "Dohaeras! Dohaeras, Yaeger! Lykiri! Lykiri!" Yaeger quiets "Lykiri."

Yaeger inhales and purrs, Reagan climbs him and Yaeger grumbles

Reagan says "Soves!" grumbles "Dohaeras, Yaeger! Soves!"

Yaeger starts to fly.

Laela smiles "How?" Yaeger flies outside the castle "he is Strong"

Daemion says "Targaryen blood runs in his veins but his children will not be dragon riders, Rhaenys"

Laela nods "What is this dragon's name?" she points at a green-purple dragon.

Aeryn says "This beauty, Saera names her for her colors"

Laela smiles approaches her and tries to touch her scales "My name is Rhaenys but they call me Laela" she touches her "I am a mother of two and will have the third anytime"

Aeryn chuckles "Why do you tell her your story?"

Laela says "Trying to bound together"

Daemion smiles watching her.

Laela breathes heavily and shouts "Dohaeras! Dohaeras, beauty!"

Laela says "Little help, please"

Daemion helps her to climb the dragon.

Laela says "Soves!" grumbles "Dohaeras, beauty! Soves!"

Beauty starts to fly.

Laela scream "Ah!" Beauty flies outside the dragon pit.

Daemion walks towards the dragon "Will not you come, brother?"

Aeryn says "Go, I will follow you"

Daemion climbs Mindyserpent and flies outside.

Aeryn walks towards Bloodfyre "So, no normal man can ride a dragon except Targaryen" he touches her scale "How you bound with Lyanna and let her ride you" Aeryn climbs Bloodfyre "Soves!"

Aemon and Daella walk outside where he hiding. They were making love before they got in. Drakon pushes Aemon's back. Aemon says "Fine, we will not do it here again"

Daella fixes her dress "You believe what happens now?"

Aemon fixes his clothes "Well our family hiding things?"

"They say Rhaenys"

"There are no Rhaenys except Rhaegar's daughter"

"Daenerys said Aegon is alive but under the name Young Griff"

"That means Rhaenys survived too but why did they hide it"

"The question is why Lyanna rides a dragon while she is a bastard"

Aemon looks at her thinking "I have no idea"

Daella touches her dragon Aine "This family surprises me every day"

"Not my betrothed thing again...we just make an apology love"
