I drove by all the places we used to hang out getting wasted
I thought about our last kiss, how it felt, the way you tasted
And even though your friends tell me you're doing fine

I remember all the little things with Y/F/T/B/F. The way he used to cuddle with me. His scent still lingers around my apartment, the way he smelt, in the morning, with his groggy voice saying, 'Morning, beautiful.'

Are you somewhere feeling lonely even though he's right beside you?
When he says those words that hurt you, do you read the ones I wrote you?

He always has to be there, near me, beside me. He always finds an excuse to talk to me. Constantly sending me text messages, I just got frustrated. He always runs through my mind and I feel like I'm slowly losing it.

Sometimes I start to wonder, was it just a lie?
If what we had was real, how could you be fine?

It was never a lie, and I know he felt it too. Emphasis key-word: FELT. We had each other and we just lost each other. It's been 1 month, Y/F/T/B/F... You know I can't handle this. Not after what happened in my past.

I never should've let you go. If I only took my time and understood both of our feelings and situations, we would've still been together and none of our hearts would've broken.

I just need that someone in my life. I wish my life had no imperfections and that everything would be fine. Someone came in the way of our relationship and we got in the way of ourselves.

We just aim too fucking far, before we fall backwards again.

At least one of our hearts' have to break.

If I could reverse time...

I would take everything I did back.
