Y/N stood before Midnight, both at the same height, at the age of 15 (Come on, guys, this is pretend). 

'Are you really going to go and leave me here?' A tear-struck Midnight shakily said. (Oh damn, when I imagined this, I cried a bit...)

'I have to... You know that! Now, stop and leave me alone, already!' Y/N storms out of their shared mini-apartment.

'If that's the way you want us to go...'

Midnight stands at the age of 22, still replaying all the happy memories of Y/N. Until that one certain memory re-surfaced. He bit back his tears of pain and he looked away.

'Midnight?' Angel asks, everyone sitting at the dinner table.

'I'm fine, I'm just tired.' Midnight pretends to yawn and finishes his food early. Standing up, he places his plate in the sink before running off to his bedroom.

'I've never seen him like this before...' Angel announces to the whole group.

'Me, neither.' Erik finally speaks up.

'Can't you get into his mind, Erik?'

'Already did. He's missing his lovely 'ex-girlfriend'. Geez, all this sappy shit's made me not hungry, anymore. See ya.' Erik leaves the table and waves them off, despite all their protests to stay and chat.

'I'm not in the mood to chat. I never am.' With that, he closes his room door and sleeps.

'That certainly went well...' Racer taps on the table as he speaks.

'If you had a girlfriend, Sawyer and she broke up with you because she wanted to protect you, would you understand?'

'Maybe.'

'Ugh, such a dickhead.' Angel walks off and leaves Sawyer, Hoteye and Brain at the table.

'Money is worth more than love!' Hoteye screams out of the awkward silence.

'Shut up!'

'We have a meeting to attend.'

'Who with?

'Jellal.'

'The devil?!'

'He wants us to do a few... Contracts.'

'For what? Money?'

'Yup. It's an unanimous vote, anyways. So, even if you say no, we're still going. All of us.'

'Fine. I don't really have a choice, then.' Midnight stands from his flying carpet and stretches, whilst Brain leaves his room to prepare himself.

'Great, what does this dickhead want, now?'

Midnight gets prepared and drags his flying carpet out of the room, whilst yawning. He arrives before everyone else and decides to sleep, again.

'The Oracion Seis will no longer be a separate guild.' Angel, Hoteye, Erik and Sawyer stare at him with wide eyes. Brain sends them a warning glare before Jellal continues.

'Instead... You will be joining mine.' He holds out his hand for Brain to take.

'Do you accept my offer, Oracion Seis?' Jellal demands in a threatening voice whilst tilting his head to the side. Brain looks at the rest of his team-mates before shaking his hand.

'Now that you've joined... I'd like you to meet my second-in-command.'

The newly-joined guild members look at each other.

'She goes by Nightmare.'

'She?' Midnight whispers to the nearest person, Angel.

'Yeah, she. You got a problem?'

'Nope, no problem.'

'I'd like you to meet, Y/N, our Nightmare Shadow.'

Y/N emerges from behind Jellal's throne and stares at the members one by one. Her eyes land on Midnight and her eyes soften.

'Midnight..?'

'She thinking of you, Midnight.' Erik nudges him.

'Maybe she does remember me.'

'Y/N, go take them on a tour of the guild. I have issues to attend to.'

'Aye, sir.' With those two words, Jellal stood up and left with two armed bodyguards.

'Alrighty, follow me, this way, guys.' Y/N waved them over to a stretched corridor on the right-hand side. After a few minutes of walking around, the ex-Oracion Seis split up to their own rooms, whilst Y/N stood in the corridor, checking things on her paper.

Y/N is pulled into a room, one hand covering her mouth and the other, secured around her waist. She remembers the same exact touch around her waist 7 years ago. She steps on her kidnapper's foot and removes their hand from her mouth before wrapping it behidn his back.

'O-ow!' She hears the familiar voice and lets go. Midnight slightly massages his arm and shoulder.

'Midnight, what are you doing here?!'

'What are you doing here?'

'I asked first.'

'Alright. Jellal offered us a place at the guild and I wanted to say no, but my father wanted us to go there anyways. Now what are you doing here?'

'The reason I broke up with you 7 years ago was because someone was hunting me down, OK? T-They threatened to kill you and pretty much everyone else that I loved. OK? I had to leave to protect you and those I loved. I couldn't just watch you die, like I saw my friends die.'

Y/N stares at him with tears in her eyes, trying to empty the feelings she had bottled up for so long.

'Oh, don't scare me like that again, then.' Midnight embraces Y/N and they stay that way for a few minutes before letting go.

'Now I have to wipe my tears and train you. Come on, we have lunch after training.'

Wow... I have no idea what I typed but I hope you didn't hate it or at least... Yeah
