Y/N's POV

I look over to Natsu, my boyfriend. We live in a shared apartment and when I look over to him, he looks back and grins at me. He stands up and walks over to the kitchen.

'Jagi, you want a cookie?' Natsu says while poking his head from the archway, with a cookie in his mouth and a cookie jar in his hand.

'What?' I say, not understanding what he said. He walks over to me and puts the cookie jar on the coffee table and bites a part of his cookie.

'I asked if you wanted a cookie.'

'Oh. Thank you.' I grab a few cookies from the cookie jar and Natsu comes over to sit next to me.

'Jagi, what are you reading?'

'Miss Peregrine's Home For Peculiar Children.' I say, biting a cookie.

'What's it about?'

'Basically, these kids have powers and they're stuck in a loop in 1940.'

'1940? Wasn't that World War 2?'

'Yup.' 

'Why are they stuck in a loop?'

'You see, they cannot get out of that loop. Well, they can, but they would age.'

'So, basically, they're stuck in time?'

'Mm-hm.' I mumble with a cookie piece in my mouth.

'Sounds like a cool book.' After a few minutes of reading, Natsu starts whining.

'Y/N~ I'm bored~' Natsu whines.

'Then go do something.' I say, flipping a page.

'But I can't do anything without you~' He complains again. He lies down on the couch next to me and starts scooting his body over to me.

'What are you doing?' I ask him, spying him from the corner of my eye.

'Being a potato...' I giggle at his response.

'Y/N~'

'Fine...' I bookmark the page I was up to and I pull Natsu onto my lap.

'You know you're beautiful right?' Natsu says suddenly and I blush at his response.

'Aw, you look you're so cute when you blush.' He pecks my nose before lifting me and using his body as a pillow.

'You're so beautiful that the stars don't even compare to your beauty.' He pecks my nose again.

'Stop being so cheesy...' I playfully roll my eyes but secretly, I liked this sweet side of him.

'You're so sweet that you don't need honey. You're so hot that you don't need to be preheated in an oven.'

'Stop~' I whine playfully.

'Hehe, someone's shy.' Natsu points at my blushing face, which causes me to redden deeper.

'S-Shut up...'

'Hehe...'
