You were Garcia's best friend, she had helped you get a job with the FBI. You were an analyst with an IQ of 184. You darted around your office, placing papers on the varying piles you had lying around. Your nose stud flashed and you ran the stud piercing your tongue around your teeth. You worked for the BAU, you disliked the field and Hotch was a little overprotective at times.
You handed completed case files to Hotch, "Here are the finished case reports and here is the new case and all evidence that goes with it." He nodded his head, "Thanks." You moved off passing Spencer on your way out. "Hey Spencer,"
"H...Hey...hey Y/N." He stuttered. Garcia noted the flushed expressions you shared. She hid a grin.
"Hey, Penelope." You walked into her office after the team had left for their case. "You like Reid?"
"Hi Y/N, how are you? Oh, I'm good thanks, nothing to complain about." You told her sarcastically. She snickered. Her plan was about to go into motion, she had JJ ready to step Reid on the way to your blind date. "Well do you?"
"Do I?"
"Like Reid?" She pressed grinning madly. "I don't know, yes."
"So, you going to ask him out?" You got up and turned to the door, "I am not answering that, I am going back to walk away not." She laughed before turning back to her computers.
---After the case---
You checked your hair and lipstick once more. Garcia had set you up on a blind date with a cute agent. You walked into the Italian restaurant, "It's under the name of Garcia." The hostess led to your table and you saw a tall, brown haired man already sitting there. "Thank you." You sat and saw the man sitting there was none other than Spencer. "Hey, Spencer."
"Hey, hey...I'm sorry Garcia said that this was where I was to meet my blind date here and..."
"Spencer slow down. I am your blind date, at least that's what I am guessing. Are you okay with that?" He grinned at you. "Yes, I was going to ask you out but I had no idea how I was going to do that." You grinned at him. "Same, I had no idea that you felt the same way as I did." He smiled at you. You looked down at your plate brushing your hair out of your face. He blushed. "I know it's a little late but want to go out with me?"
"Yes, Spencer, I will go out with you."
