"Erm...son now I guess actually" the doctor corrected herself, smiling at JJ.

"So, looks like it was normal for me to be able to change then" Jenny smiled.

"Oh yeah. God you mustn't have even known. We're timelords you know that. we have two hearts. When you changed, that's called regeneration. When we regenerate we can change, haling ourselves." The doctor explained, smiling at him like he was the world to her.

"So...you're a woman now" he smirked. "Mum" he added.

The doctor smiled, chuckling before replying "and you're a guy. Regeneration is weird isn't it" She smiled.

You looked at the two, still in absolute shock that the doctor had a child?!

"Wait...hold up. You have a son?!" You asked with your (e/c) eyes wide.

They both looked at you, smiling.

"It's a long story, perhaps we should sit down" the doctor smiled.

With that they both sat down, looking at each other with tears in their eyes. This warmed your heart. You'd never seen any of the doctors family members before and she hadn't really talked about it much before. Every time you looked into those eyes you saw the beauty in them and the awe in everything she sees but there was also grave pain.

"It was a long long time ago. Many faces before. The TARDIS was dragged to this underground planet. Basically there was a war going on between the humans and a race called the hath. They were surprised at my clean hands and put it into a machine which basically took a piece of my skin, taking the genes, and created my daughter from my genetic information. We managed to stop the war by creating a new world with a big bubble of gas that gives life, creating a new world. But...one of the human leaders was so blood thirsty he tried to shoot me. Jenny stood in the way. I thought she died in my arms. I stayed for ages, waiting for you to regenerate and get up and for us to travel together. But when she didn't I assumed she really was gone. Turns out now that you did regenerate...into a guy! Gender changes are strange at first, but you get used to it" she smiled at JJ.

He smiled back, "Yeah, you changed too. It's not my second face doctor. It's my third. Second regeneration! It happened about 125 years ago now. When I woke up I got into a space ship and started travelling myself. Of course I saved many many planets, remembering all your stories. I once had to take the blow of a huge laser beam from one of these aliens threatening to kill the post that supported the right life conditions for that planet. Injured bad! But I managed to destruct him long enough to defeat him and get my regeneration underway. First time being a man! I was a woman both times before." Jenny smiled. "Been travelling since the day I woke up".

You all smiled at him, realising just how alike they were.

"It's been 437 years since I last saw you..." he said sadly, looking deep into his mother's eyes, tears slipping down his cheeks again. "I thought I never would....see you again..."

"It's been around 1134 years for me" The doctor sadly said, letting a tear glisten in the corner of her eyes. "Long life....live too long.." the doctor breathed quietly.

JJ went over and hugged his mother, comforting each other. They clearly missed each other so much and didn't have enough time to spend with each other.

"I've got loads to show you" the doctor smiled, whipping the tears and looking at her son.

"I've travelled for over 400 years, I've got loads to show you" JJ smiled.

The two stared, smiling and enjoying each others presence. The two started to exchange stories about their adventures. You loved hearing the doctor ramble about things you didn't understand. And her adventures were so amazing to listen too. Also, you gain a few tips of what to do in certain situations, learning that her adventures could be equally dangerous as they were wonderful.

"How are Martha and Donna then? I see they're not travelling with you anymore" JJ asked, smiling.

You saw the doctors face fall, a flash of sadness over her eyes.

"Erm...Martha was actually trying to leave the day you were brought into the world. She's working at unit back on earth. Donna she...erm...long story but I had to wipe her memory" the doctor sighed, looking down to her hands and blinking back a few tears.

JJs face fall, showing signs of sadness too. The silence that grew was unbearable. You hated awkward silences but the fact that the doctor was upset made it worse and ten times more awkward you all stared at her.

"So...Jenny Healer?" You asked, smiling and trying to lighten the mood by changing the subject.

You looked around to see confused faces staring at you, even the doctor.

"Oh, Erm...Jenny I get the doctor gave you the name" you smiled.

"That was Donna's idea actually" the doctor whispered, loud enough for us all to hear.

You gulped, trying to focus on your question.

"Okay...erm...where did your last name, Healer come from" you asked.

The doctor looked up, looking less upset and more curious as to the answer.

JJ smiled, looking at his mother "Well, I knew my father was called the doctor. I knew I had the name Jenny but...I wanted something to show who my father was. To carry his name. So, the name 'Doctor', well, it means Healer. So I chose that as my last name" he smiled at his mother.

You smiled at how he got that name, realising that the doctor was just as happy. A smile played on everyone's lips. You watched as the doctor hugged him again. You fell into a comfortable silence, with the doctor and JJ exchange smiles. You smiled, watching the orchestra and smiled, listening to the music and averting your attention and smiled as you scanned each instrument.

"Erm, doc, mind if I go take a look round. I wanna properly look at the instruments" you smiled.

"Yeah sure. Just come back here when your done. Don't be gone long!" She said sternly.

"Yeah, Yeah, don't wander off I get it. I hate getting lost anyways. I'm not going far" you replied, rolling your eyes and getting up.

You walked next to the orchestra, smiling as you watched them all skilfully play. There was a huge collection of instruments next to them which you stood in front of, smiling.

You picked up a triangle, giggling a little before a loud bang was heard and a big shock hit you, flying you lying across the floor.
