You awoke after a long, peaceful sleep. For once you'd actually slept well after falling asleep listening to the doctors planet and dreaming about that wonderful world. You could almost picture it and the tears that shimmered in the doctors eyes as she spoke of her home were so sad but so beautiful.

You yawned, stretching your arms above your head as you got up, swinging your legs down from the bed and into your slippers. You smiled at your onesie, god you were so childish! You walked to the bathroom and changed into some skinny jeans, a white crop top and a jeans jacket you bought once from an alien planet selling different planet clothing - including earth. You couldn't keep your eyes off the jacket so you decided to but it and no one seemed to mind.

You walked out of your room to the console room, after completely brushing up and doing up your incredibly messy hair. You smiled as you saw the whole team already talking about where to go.

"Oh hello (y/n)!" The doctor smiled excitably "sleep well?"

You nodded your head as you couldn't help but let the smile spread across your face.

"Right, (y/n), look, we should totally go to New York right!" Ryan exclaimed, grabbing your attention.

"No, Paris come on. Paris is awesome! Right (y/n)" Yaz interrupted.

"We're definitely going to earth then?" You smiled.

"Well, we hardly ever go explore earth, our own planet so we thought, hey, let's go around the world" Graham smiled.

They all looked at you, expecting an answer to where to go. You didn't really know which one to choose.

"Well, I mean which ever one has the best breakfasts. I'm starving" you smiled.

This however seemed to spark up a whole new argument, which had the better breakfasts. You honestly didn't mind but you really did want to eat some time soon. And seeing as the doctor wasn't exactly interrupting the debate of choosing herself, you felt you were to be stuck there a while.

"Okay guys stop. Let's flip a coin. I'm sure once we've been to one place we can go to the other. Come on" you smiled, taking out a coin from your back pocket "Yaz, heads or tales?" You raised your eyebrow.

"Erm...tales!" She smiled, nodding in confidence.

"Yeah, heads always win so I'm cool with that" Ryan stayed confidently.

"It's a coin Ryan it's supposed to be equally probable!" Graham sighed, shaking his head in light laughter.

You smiled, tossing the coin in the air. Everyone's head followed it as it spun in the air, 360• again and again until it started to fall again and you quickly reached your hand up, catching it in your fist. You smiled as you eyed the two anticipating faces as you smacked the coin on the back of your hand. You took a sharp intake of breath, not realising just how hard that slap hurt. But you ignored it, grinning and lifting your hand.

"Yessss!" Yaz laughed, fist bumping the air.

"Hey, no.. that's not...it's rigged!" Ryan huffed, crossing his arms.

You laughed, shaking your head.

"Come on, paris is great son" Graham smiled.

Ryan's face slowly turned to a smile too and you grinned, putting the coin away. You stood smiling and giggling a little before your stomach rumbles loudly and you looked at everyone in embarrassment.

"Right then, Paris!" The doctor smiled.

She moved around the controllers as the TARDIS shook. You laughed, awaiting paris and it's amazing food. The journey there seemed to be taking forever but you were sure it was only your hungry stomach telling you that.

Once you'd stopped shaking you walked towards the door behind an extremely exited Yaz. You giggled watching her as she opened the door and practically sprinted out into the Paris air. You followed after the doctor with the boys behind you.

Your eyes squinted from the beautiful sun warming your face. You opened your eyes properly after they'd adjusted to the light. You saw the beautiful hatched and tall monument that stood firmly in front of you. It's four humungous legs planted firmly in the ground as it reached up and up until it seemed to be piercing the sky itself.

"The Eiffel Tower!" Yaz breathed as she stared, her mouth slightly open, at the tower.

"Yep, and there's some really nice places to eat around here" the doctor explained, staring up at the tower.

You felt tears brew in the corners of your eyes as you looked up at the Eiffel Tower. You hadn't been many places but one place you went was Paris. Your mother took you about a year ago when you were 15 there with your little sister. It was the most happiest time of your life. You could remember climbing up the Eiffel Tower, confident you could climb up the stairs, only to give up and go up the lift all the way to the top. You couldn't help the tear slip down your cheek and the smile that played on your face.

You went over to the doctor and hugged her really tightly, to which she grunted a little at the unexpected contact before hugging you back.

"Thanks for bringing us here doctor" you smiled, pulling away and turning excitedly to the Eiffel Tower.

"Yeah, thanks doc" Yaz smiled as she hugged the doctor too.

"Your welcome. All of you. Now, a nice place to eat, follow me. They do the best baguettes here" the doctor smiled, walking in a different direction.

You kept your eyes on the Eiffel Tower before turning around and running after the gang, catching up with them. You loved the warmth of the sun on your skin and you smiled, knowing that your mother would be shouting at you for not putting on sun cream or putting on a hat. Although you actually did lose that sun-cap when you were here with them. Your mother was annoyed but could never stay angry with you for so long, especially when in Paris, on holiday! You never did see that cap again and you didn't care, for all the memories that you got with your family that day it was worth it. The laughs of your little sisters as she tried to be like you, and your mothers loving smile as she watched her daughters like they were her entire world.

You were peeled away from your thoughts as the bell to the door opened. You hadn't even noticed that you were still walking with your friends to a lovely little corner shop with a picturesque view of the Eiffel Tower out the windows.

You sat down on the table with the others, smiling as the waiter gave you all a menus. You looked down and you felt even hungrier, not knowing what to choose.

"By the way it is technically lunch time here so we can have their delicious desserts!" The Doctor said excitably, looking down the dessert menu.

You smiled, also looking at the list. It was safe to say that you were going to have a lot this morning.

And with the sun shining brightly through the window, sending warmth through your body, and the Eiffel Tower keeping watch out the window, and sitting with your friends, smiling and laughing waiting for your meal, you couldn't help but feel the worries and stresses of your life slowly disappear and you felt at peace.
