You looked up at the two giants, laughing loads again. Jumping down the waterfall again would be amazing. However Ken shook his head a little, chuckling at his brother.

"How about we get some energy into us first. Replenish ourselves" he smiled, getting out of the river and reaching up to a tree.

He reached up and grabbed an apple from up top. It fit perfectly in his hand but when he came back down and put it next to the river where you and Missy were, it was huge. Compared to you, it was humongous. You couldn't finish all that!

"That's massive!" You exclaimed.

The two giants laughed, shaking their heads.

"No, you two are just small." Loui smiled.

You laughed at that, getting out of the water with Missy. It felt good getting out of the ice cold water but you couldn't help the shivering. Your teeth were chattering away and your clothes were dripping. You made sure to stand in the sunlight which was peeping from between the trees. The light was warm, it was nice and comforting. You saw Missy break off two pieces of the apple with her bare hands. You couldn't help but admire how strong she was.

She came over to you, handing you one of the apple chunks she broke off. You smiled in thanks and instantly started to eat away, feeling a little hungry. It was so weird that you were eating a huge apple! It tasted like a normal apple and it looked like one too, it was just not the right size for you, but perfect for those giants.

You saw Missy also shivering a little and you smiled, realising that time lords weren't completely immune to the cold. You looked up at the two friendly giants, smiling at them.

"D..do you guys have a p..place we can warm up? I think we mi..might delay on the second waterfall jumping for a bit. I'm really c..cold" you said between chatters and shivers.

The two giants looked down at you and nodded in understanding. Ken turned to Loui and smiled, shrugging his shoulders.

"Well perhaps we can take them to ours. I'm freezing too!" Ken said, turning to you and Missy "Heating at home's amazing" He said to you.

You smiled, finishing the apple piece off and nodding with Missy. Ken leaned down, holding out his hands for you and Missy. You giggled, stepping into his hands again with Missy behind you. You held onto his fingers tightly as he tightened his grip on you a little, lifting you up the ground. His strides caused shaking in the ground as he made his way to the house.

As he was walking you could feel the wind blow past you, helping to dry yourself off. However that did make the cold seem ten times worse. You were shivering so much you could barely form a coherent thought. You crossed your arms over your chest, trying to gain some kind of warmth. But you were so cold.

"You okay?" Missy asked, looking at your shaking body.

"T...the win..wind makes the c...cold worse.." you stuttered in the cold.

She wrapped her arms around you and you immediately snuggled in closer. Her clothes were still damp from the water but her body shielded you from the wind. You were still shivering in her arms but she didn't seem to mind. You could feel her occasional shivers too and you tried to hug her back to give her some warmth too. You always loved hugging Missy.

"Are we nearly there, (y/n) looks like she's about to die in this cold" Missy called up.

"Yeah, it's the house there" Ken replied, nodding his head in front of you.

You looked forward and you couldn't help but gasp at the house. Maybe it was because it was really big, for you anyways, but it just amazed you. The house was made to be the right size for giants and even then it looked like a giant's mansion in the middle of the forest.

Ken and Loui quickly made their way inside the house and you still couldn't help but hang your mouth wide open in amazement. The first thing that hit you was the warmth of the place. It was so nice! Your shivering almost instantly died down. Everything was so big. The furniture was huge, the door, everything was massive! Ken put you and missy down on a table. You didn't even notice you were still holding onto each other until you had to get off. There was a plate just sat on the end of the table which was basically the size of a football pitch. The plate was the size of a cinema screen! You couldn't help but let out a breathy chuckle in awe at the place.

"Well, we can stay here a while until we all warm up. What would you guys want to do next?" Loui asked you.

You were about to answer before you heard someone else speak.

"Who are these small creatures?" A more feminine voice asked.

You looked and saw another giant, of course, coming towards the table. You looked up to her, waving at her friendlily.

"We're from underground! There's loads of small people underneath the surface. Don't worry we're not here to harm you or anything. Not that we could considering your size" Missy explained with a laugh. "I'm Missy, this is (y/n)"

"And what do you intend on doing here?" She asked, sitting down on a chair so it'd be easier for you to not have to look up so much.

"We were just here to have sun and explore the surface! Find everything out about this place. We were curious. And to maybe...find anything that could help the crisis underground" you said.

"What crisis?" She asked.

"Well...underground there are loads of people. But the general is struggling to feed everyone. There isn't enough food o go around" Missy replied.

"Yeah...we were just having fun really before" you said.

"Yeah, we went jumping down the waterfall mother!" Loui smiled.

"One of the best experiences in my mind" she smiled.

"I agree!" Missy smiled, all of you laughing a little.

Okay, so she was their mother. And evidently in charge of this place. You started to wonder if you'd be able to get her permission to help some people underground. Even though you really wanted to explore this place you didn't want to just ditch the problems of underground. You sill wanted to help.

"If your willing...we were wondering if we could talk about the food crisis underground. Maybe you could help?" You said.

"I'm listening" She replied.

You smiled and looked at Missy, giving a small nod. There were definitely ways these giants would be able to help. And you were sure they would, seeing how nice they were.
