Water

You made your way to the edge of the creator which was filled almost to the very top. It didn't take long for Ryan to practically throw himself in, splattering water drops at you all. You could already feel it was warm and you just wanted to get in.

The doctor and Yaz got in together, Yaz was wearing a red bikini and the doctor was wearing a one piece purple swim suit. You knew Yaz had helped her pick that out. Yaz always helped the doctor with shopping, it was one of the many small things they did together which meant everything to them.

You sighed, suddenly not wanting to take away the towel from your body. You didn't need them staring. Not today not ever. And you were sure if they saw, they'd ask questions; the doctor would anyways. You bit the inside of your cheek, d coding it was best to just get on with it.

You took the towel off your shoulders and let it drop to the ground. Everyone stared but you held your breath, trying not to look at them. You hated the stares and they weren't even trying to look away. You knew it was because they were all taken aback by the sheer amount of marks you had on your skin but you still hated them staring. Missy was shocked at the actual amount of scars and didn't know what to do or say. She didn't expect the extent of the damage to have been this bad.

"Could you stop staring please I'm aware that I'm scarred" you mumbled, crossing your arms over your best in discomfort.

Everyone turned their heads immediately after you said that, only just realising they were staring, clearing their throats awkwardly.

"Sorry...no..I wasn't staring....sorry.." Missy quickly mumbled in apology. "You look lovely (y/n)" she smiled at you.

You smiled warmly at that, for once feeling like your scars didn't make you unwanted. You were still uncomfortable but to just know that someone accepts you was enough.

You stepped inside the pool of warm, steaming water. You felt your body relax as the warm water was soothed you. You just hummed in response to Missy, not really caring anymore about the occasional stares with the warmth of the water. It was the perfect temperature for you. Hot but not too much. You breathed in deeply, closing your eyes and just letting yourself loosen up.

Missy unwrapped her towel from herself and let it fall on the ground. You opened your eyes and you couldn't help but gape up at her. She was wearing a black lacy bikini set. Her bikini top had a loose bow in the middle and hugged her curves perfectly. Her body was in perfect shape, her tall figure and curvy silhouette. She took out the pins in her hair and her gorgeous hair fell perfectly around her face. She looked hella sexy.

"Who's staring now" Ryan whispered to you with a smirk, breaking you out of your trance as you tore your eyes away.

You blushed immediately, feeling heat rise up to your cheeks. You closed your mouth which you didn't even know was hanging open for god knows how long.

"I...I wasn't staring.." you cleared your throat, giving a few glances in Missy's direction as she stepped in the water.

"Yeah right. You're so crushing on her right now" he whispered back.

"Am not!" You whisper shouted at him.

There was no way you were going to admit it out loud. You'd only just started to admit it to yourself. Ryan just chuckled, backing away with his hands held up slightly in a mock surrender. Even if he was on to you, there was no way you were telling him or anyone. And Missy could not know you like her. No way! You'd come off as a complete creep!

"The water is so nice and warm" Yaz sighed in relief, resting her head on the doctor's shoulder, closing her eyes with a smile.

The doctor hummed in response, nodding before planting a soft kiss on her forehead.

"Yeah this planets awesome. How come no one lives here?" Ryan asked, looking around the deserted planet.

"There isn't life on every planet Ryan. This is one planet which is perfect for life apart from the fact there is no food source whatsoever. So people just tend to come to the planet for a little bit of a getaway now and again because of the naturally warm waters. But it's in quite a remote part of the universe so still not many people come here. Even I haven't been here before." Missy told you all." have you been here before?" She asked the doctor.

"No actually. I prefer more adventurous places" the doctor replied "but I guess this is nice too. It's nice to just stop for a bit"

"There's remote parts of the universe?" Graham suddenly asked.

You all turned to him. He looked really confused, as always. You smiled in amusement at his face and his question. The universe having rural parts? It was strange to think of it that way. Ten years ago you didn't even believe in aliens.

"Well earth is actually in a rural part of the universe. That's why many humans believe you're alone in the universe. Other planets in the universe are closer to other civilisations from other planets. They share knowledge and tend to thrive a lot more with their development. Considering that most humans haven't really been to another planet before, you've done quite well" Missy explained to you.

You listened to every word she was saying and were secretly glad she was still talking because it gave you an excuse to look at her. You weren't even sure if you could stop looking. She was utterly beautiful. You could just sit and watch her all day. Although you decided it was probably best not to do that because it would come across as weird and once again, you'd be seen as a complete creep.

"That's really interesssting" you slurred a little while speaking, sighing in annoyance that the alcohol still had an affect on you.

Everyone looked your way, the doctor clearly still annoyed about you drinking. Even if she was just getting distracted from the whole drinking thing, your slurring definitely brought it up again.

"Alcohol's still affecting my speech huh" you sighed.

"Well alcohol stays in your blood stream for hours and at the amount you drink, days! So yes I'd say you're still affected" the doctor told you. "You do realise that drinking is the cause of several health problems, especially drinking excessively-"

"Bla bla bla! I'm not listening, can't hear you. Bla bla bla" you covered your ears with your hands, making noises to block it the doctor's voice.

This frustrated the doctor even more and made everyone else sigh, knowing an argument was about to occur..again. Missy was just watching in amusement, quite clearly not as annoyed as the doctor.

"(Y/n)-" you cut the doctor off again before she could say too much.

"Nope! Can't hear you! La la la. I can't hear anything from underwater can I? See ya!" You said, dunking your head underwater, blocking out all the noises under there.

It was finally just...silent.
