Bucky sighed. You're laying on top of his chest and Steve's beside him. The three of you are sharing a small twin size bed and fleece blanket. You'd be on your boyfriend instead of his best friend but somebody is having a hard time breathing during this winter season.
"I think we should save up and get another bed," Bucky said.
"Oh but ya love havin' my darlin' on ya," Steve teased.
"She's a lot better than your boney ass," Bucky said making you smile.
"Don'tcha get too comfortable, darlin'. I'll get better one day," Steve jokes.
You smile and place your hand on his cheek. You don't necessarily like the joke but he's on high cough syrup. He's in a good mood which is all you can ask for since he can be quite down on himself due to his ailments and having everything against him.
"Fuck, it'd be a miracle, Stevie," Bucky said.
"Watch your language," Steve said.
