Kaito stared at his Tantei-kun from afar with amazement.

'When did Tantei-kun go back to normal?!'

He blushed a little. Shinichi looked kinda hot. Okay, really hot. Kaito started to wonder, should he go say hi? But his detective was really smart, he would probably be able to put one and one together and discover his secret identity if they talked for just ten minutes.

"What are you thinking about, Kuroba-kun?"

Kaito jumped and turned around to face the blonde detective.

"W-where did you come from?!"

Saguru chuckled.

"You're my number one Kid suspect. I have to watch you very closely."

Kaito took a step back.

"Creepy stalker!"

The detective laughed.

"I'm joking, I'm joking. I just wanted to greet Kudo-kun."

Kaito sweatdropped.

"Aha..."

"Speaking of Kudo-kun, you seem to be..-"

Saguru came closer to the magician and whispered.

"-perhaps interested in him?"

Kaito blushed deeply and looked away.

"N-no I'm not!"

Saguru smirked.

"Too late. Come on, let's go."

Saguru dragged Kaito by his arm toward the other detective.

"W-wait, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!"

"Well, I heard that Kudo-kun is currently single and I'm sure he'd make a pretty good boyfriend for you."

Kaito's eyes widened.

"No no no no, Hakuba! Let go!"

"Take this as revenge for all your pranks."

Kaito gave up on trying and groaned.

"Hakubastard..."

Kaito froze when Shinichi turned to face them.

'Pokerface! Pokerface! Pokerface!'

Saguru smirked, seeing how Kaito tried his best to hide his blush.

"Oh, Hakuba Saguru, am I right?"

Saguru smiled and shook Shinichi's hand.

"Yes, correct."

Shinichi smiled back. He knew he was a bit of a better detective than Saguru was, but he still respected the other a lot, and he wouldn't mess the chance to befriend him. Azure eyes averted to the brunette that stood next to the detective of the West. What the hell? Did he have a twin that he didn't know about? Twin? Wait a second, he knew someone who could pass as his twin, but couldn't really remember who...

"And you are?"

Kaito siffened a little. He thought for a second for a good way to reply and decided to just go with his normal introduction. He smiled widely and poofed a blue rose in his hand.
