I always feel sick
Part of it is physical health
Chronic pain affects a lot of things so people believe me
But one day I think my doctors are going to clue into the fact that I don't just have physical health problems
My mental health is shit
And nobody knows the extent of it
Well,
Unless they've read my poems
My poems tell the truth
My mouth never does
Why would it?
