He peered in, anxious, to see if anyone was inside. He was certain he wasn't doing anything wrong. It's just he had never faced a situation like this before, and this was making him nervous.
He noticed the woman was inside, as expected, and he made up his mind to ask her directly about "it", despite his nervousness.

The woman looked at him, totally shocked and perplexed, with questioning eyes.
He realized what she might be thinking, and he said, "Ah... Vo... Actually ek emergency hai..."
"Kisiko help chaahiye..."

"Main kya karu ?..."
"Miss Bhalla mujhe misunderstand toh nhi karegi...", he couldn't understand anything.
...
"Abhi yeh sab sochne ka time nhi hai...", he said, and rushed over to her, grabbing her hands and dragging her into a corner.
His sudden action had caught her off guard.

She kept staring at him, dazed on listening to what he just said.
The simple words he spoke a few seconds ago held so much power that something within her had shifted for him.
At that moment, her "respect" for him shot up.
