Christmas. That's my favourite holiday season!
It's the time where being me is okay, I can lay back and enjoy the moment.
Like Elsa says, I'M FREEEEEEE!
Now it's only time to kick back and enjoy being antisocial for the next six weeks!
That's when my sister Viveca came up to me, a smile plastered to her face. This can't be any good...
"(Y/n)!!!" She sang.
"Yeah?" I asked.
"I have AMAZING news!" She exclaimed. Oh dear me lord, please help me!
"And that would be?" I asked, keeping my eyes directly on the Lego prison I was occupying myself with.
"I'm having a Christmas sleep over party!!!" At her words I literally dropped the Lego. Ignoring the now broken Legos I stared at her mouth open.
"I'll be inviting my good friend and his-" my brain exploded at that word. "His" it's a boy...
No one has ever entered our house, let alone BOYS.
"I know what you're thinking, I have three male friends-"
"THREE?!" My heart could have died right then and there.
"And two girls." She finished.
"FIVE PEOPLE?!" I screamed.
"And one of my friends brothers..." She continued. I could feel the sensation of nausea.
"Look, I know you get all weird with other people so that's why I invited my friends brother... Make a friend." Viveca exclaimed.
"Make a friend?! That's the whole reason why I'm homeschooled!" I retorted.
"Look, fine, don't make friends, just stay in your room and I'll make sure no one knows you're here." She promised.
"For two whole days and a night?" I asked.
"No for THREE whole days and TWO nights." She corrected me. Excuse me while I jump off the San Fransokyo bridge.
"Just calm down... It's Christmas, if anything you should be happy!" Viveca smiled.
"And when are these friends of yours coming over?" I asked.
"Tomorrow..." She sighed.
"Of all days?!" I yelled to no one in particular.
"Just be cautious..." Viveca smirked, patting my head and leaving me be. I shut my bedroom door and ran to my bed.
Ugh I absolutely HATE socialising! I have zero friends, zero social media and zero knowledge from anyone that I exist!
I pulled out my phone and linked it up to my Bluetooth speakers, playing a song that matched my mood.
My mood began to calm and adjust to the song I was listening to, The Lazy Song by Bruno Mars.
