I was for the most part healed, and finally back to work. It had been many long months since I'd been to work. So much had happened.
The elevator dinged and opened up to that familiar orange room that I had missed so much. I walked over to my desk and plopped down in my chair.
"Home sweet home." I smiled.
"Yea well don't get too comfortable. Grab your gear. Go home and get some clothes packed. We are going to California." Gibbs said entering the room.
"California? What are we doing there boss?" McGee asked, gathering all his stuff together.
"Big case.. We will be teaming up with the L.A team. We will be there for a while." He answered heading for the elevator.
"Wait! What about our boys? What do we do with them?" I asked.
Gibbs paused at the elevator. He turned to look at me.
"Bring them along." The elevator doors opened and he headed down.
"Looks like we will still get that road trip." Tony smiled as we all three headed towards the elevator.
