"Hey, Stella!" I yelled. "What's happening over in the Overworld?"
"Chaos, war, betrayal," Stella replied. "Rain being an asshole."
"Oh shit," Kyle said.
"Yeah," Meeps agreed. "It looks like Ember is going to war against the others."
"Well, in that case, pass me the popcorn," Kyle declared.
"Get it yourself," I told him.
Kyle began to swear his head off.
"Something tells me to get ready for a death flood," Meeps said. "Because wars will always have casualties and bloodbaths."
"Yeah, well," I said. "This job sucks."
"Shut up, birthday boy," Kyle said, punching me.
"Don't tempt me," I warned.
"Uh," Stella said. "If it's fine with you, I'm going to look around."
I nodded, dismissing my friend so she could explore the Heavens.
All the while, I watched Andrew make his next move.
