Rain's POV

"So... what do you think happened to all those Relics?" I asked.

"I'm not sure," Ember replied. "I haven't seen one in a long time."

Moon looked a tad concerned. "Do you think that the Overseer might've obtained them?"

"God I hope not!" Ember said, his face completely pale. "That would be devastating."

"Not as devastating as me returning," a familiar voice said.

I turned around to see a skeleton in a purple mage outfit.

"Naeus!" I shouted.

"Hello there," he said. "Little boy."

"You died," I said. "I'm not sure how you died because Cold as Ice Remake came out after this series started, so I'm not sure how you died, but you died!"

Ember blinked. "What?" He asked flatly.

"Fool!" Naeus laughed. "I was merely resting!"

"Okay, Sleeping Beauty," Ember said.

"Silence!" Naeus commanded. "You stand no chance against me!" He whirled around. "Kralos! Hogsworth!"

His two henchmen came out of the shadows. "At your service, my lord," Kralos said.

"You're working with a barn animal?" I mocked. "Looks like the Nether Civil War did end after all."

Naeus chuckled. "Oh, you have no idea..."

"Now you'll see how powerful I've become."

Moon used her threads to grab Hogsworth and threw him up into the sky. As he fell, Moon began to rapidly fire arrows at him.

And I'm not even sure what Ember and Kralos was doing. They were fighting both physically and verbally.

"It's me versus you boy!" Naeus said. "Just how it should be."

"How interesting," I replied. "You're still a haughty dictator."

Naeus grumbled something that I didn't quite hear, his eyes flashing blue than red.

"You and that little enchantress has been very annoying lately." He told me.

"She's the opposite of you," I said. "That's Heaven in my book."

"SILENCE FOOL!"

I pulled out the Ender greatsword. "I'm warning you! This is one blade you do not want to get hit by."

"Oh ho!" Naeus said, an undercurrent of laughter under his voice. ""This is quite amusing! The confidence in your voice!"

I stopped listening to the Nether King, he was getting on my nerves and I was itching for a fight. Using my sword, I jumped up and bashed the sword into Naeus's thick skull that was inflated with ego.

When the dust cleared, I saw him stagger backwards, but surprisingly, he looked relatively unharmed. "W-what?!"

Without answering, Naeus punched me in the chest and I fell backwards, my ribs screaming in agony.

"Oh, isn't this ironic," Naeus mocked. "The Last Enderwatcher! Tamer of the Ender Dragon! Defeated by a single punch!"

"How?!" I gasped. "That... that should've cracked your skull at the very least!"

Naeus merely laughed. "My bones have been forged with Netherite!" He told me. "I'm indestructible now!"

"Shit," I said under my breath as I glared at him, gasping with pain.

"Now..." Naeus said, raising his own blade. "It's time to say goodbye... dragon prince."

His sword lowered down...
