Ember's POV
It was late at night, and I was exhausted from all the work so far.
"It's 5 AM..." I said to myself. "I have to sleep eventually..."
I hopped into my bed and closed my eyes, slowly drifting off to sleep.
"Oh Ember," a voice said.
"Shove a sock in it," I replied.
"Okay, maybe I should let you sleep in this dream," he said.
I opened my eyes.
"Razer?" I asked.
"Hey," he said, holding a black leather book.
"What is that?" I asked.
"The Necromancer's Book," he replied. "I'm not sure how to use it but if I do... I can raise people from the dead."
"Wow!" I exclaimed.
"Amazing, right?" He said. "We can save everyone if we want to!"
"Do you even know how to?!" I asked in disbelief.
"Not now," Razer replied. "But when I do... I'll be a god!"
I nodded, silently disagreeing.
"Tell your Nation this news," Razer told me. "You have our full support."
I nodded and the dream faded away.
I woke up, my eyelids heavy from the lack of sleep
I checked the time.
11 AM.
I got up and grabbed a melon slice to eat.
As I ate, I walked to the nation's podium where I make all of my announcements.
I told them everything, how we might be able to revive the dead.
Some are skeptical...
The rest are excited.
Nothing was going to stop us now.
