Ciara's POV
"Hey," Abigail said.
"Hey," I replied.
The two of us, former enemies, were staring at each other awkwardly.
"The weather is nice today," I said.
"Yep,"
Meanwhile Kane was trying to buy a horse from a travelling merchant.
She wasn't pleased however and told him to fuck off.
"BUT DO I GET TO KEEP THE HORSE?"
"No,"
Abigail smiled. "He asked if he could keep my horse last time as well," she said.
"He sure loves his horses," I agreed.
"Anyways, Kane did say he wanted the two of us to talk," I said after we stared at each other for a couple awkward moments.
Abigail nodded. "Yeah," she said. "He said the same thing to me."
When the two of us weren't trying to destroy each other, Abigail looked a lot smaller and a lot less intimidating. She was still a lot taller than me but shorter than Rain and Stella, being around Ember's height instead.
"So," I said. "How's it with Rain and Stella?"
Abigail shrugged. "Weird," she said. "While I miss our relationship, I'm happy that Rain was able to move on."
"Yeah..." I said. "I was kind of the reason why he was able to move on."
Flashback
"You want another Netherkin girl?" I asked. "Buddy, may I suggest-"
"Her?!" He yelled in shock. "No! I haven't even moved on-"
I gave him a bruh seriously look.
Present Time
"So you're the reason why the Ralla ship exists?" The Nether Princess asked.
"Yeah," I replied. "I like to ship my friends."
The Nether Princess nodded.
Rain's POV
It's been a strange week.
Basically all of our friends... minus a few of them, have basically vanished.
"Welp," I said. "Without Daryll or Ember here... at least we won't hear any ship names."
Right after I said that, Ciara ran by and yelled
"RALLA!"
I facepalmed as Stella laughed.
"Don't worry," Stella said. "Ciara is just being Ciara."
"At least it's not Ember," I said.
"Aw come on!" Stella said. "Ember's not that bad."
"He's an idiot," I replied.
"Yeah he is," Stella agreed. "But he's gotten so much better!"
"He's short," I continued.
"Rain, you're one of the tallest members," Stella told me.
"I'm taller than you," I added.
"Pfft barely," Stella reminded me.
I sighed. "I'm just confused," I replied. "How is it possible that Ember and our friends just disappeared to another alternate universe?!"
My girlfriend didn't answer. She probably didn't know what to say to that.
"I blame that Jun and Nina," I said. "They've been sent to other dimensions before."
Stella slapped me. "Rain," she said. "That's not fair. I'm sure they don't want to be in this world either."
I grimaced, not completely sure if Stella was right.
I opened my mouth to tell her that, but before I could say anything, she embraced me.
"RALLA!" Ciara said once again.
"Leave the two lovebirds alone," Abigail said, waving at us as she dragged Ciara away.
"Rain," Stella whispered. "Be honest with me. Do you miss them?"
Miss them?
"Miss them?" I asked. "What?! Of course not! I mean why in the world would I miss Ember's impulsive decisions that would either lead us to our doom or a way out?"
"And Sheila's badass warrior princess moments," Stella added. "With all her tsundere moments."
"And Meeps' empathy despite all of her sarcasm," I said.
"And Andrew's technology and brains," Stella said.
"And Alex and his sniping skills," I added.
"Moon's kindness..." Stella agreed, smiling.
"Kyle and his moments of emoness," I joked.
"Razer's leadership," Stella said.
"Damian's helpfulness as he tries to redeem himself," I pointed out.
"Shizuku's ability to keep her sister in check," Stella laughed.
"Jun and Nina's loyalty," I added.
"Yeah," Stella said. "They're all special in their own way."
I nodded. "Ember... he's such an idiot at times," I said. "But deep down, he's loyal and willing to make amends. But he's an idiot... but he's our idiot..." My voice trailed off.
"Rain?" My girlfriend asked. "Are you alright?"
"I miss them," I sighed. "Especially Ember... I just want our idiot back!"
