Rain's POV
"Ember," I said. "Can you come to the meeting room? Ser Patrick wants to see you."
Silence, no response from our comm bracelets.
"Ember!" I shouted.
Still no response.
Motherfucker.
This is what I hate about Ember. He's so inconsistent with his timing!
"God damn you Ember!" I yelled, knocking on his door to his house.
"Open up right now!" I said, pounding on the door. "Don't make me say FBI!"
When nobody answered, I decided to take out the Ender Greatsword and destroy the front of his house.
He deserved it, the motherfucker.
"Alright Ember!" I said. "You can't hide from me! Because I can and will kill you!"
Silence replied.
I shivered. Was Ember not home? If that was the case, I felt bad for destroying his house now.
"HOLY SH-!" I heard Ember scream from the second floor.
I went upstairs and without knocking, I opened the door as quickly as I could.
"Ember!" I yelled, just as I saw a bright light fade away.
"Ember?"
Sheila's POV
"I don't like this," Moon said.
"Moon shut up," I told her.
"This is dangerous!" She protested. "We're going to die!"
"Okay Emo," I said.
Moon... wasn't really the best scouting partner. She literally thinks that anything will kill you.
"Moon, seriously? What's the worst that could happen?" I asked. "We get separated from each other and die?"
"YES!" She shouted in frustration.
"OH SHUT UP!" I yelled.
"Hey Sheila, what's this po-"
I sighed. "Moon, stop asking questions," I said, turning around to face her.
But Moon wasn't there.
"Moon?" I said, frantically. "MOON!"
Meeps' POV
"So... you found a screwdriver?" I asked Razer.
"Yep!" He replied. "And I'm going to fix those stupid kinks in that gate.
"Kinks?" I echoed. "Razer! What the hell?!"
"Not that kind of kink," Razer said as we went towards the gates to the Underworld.
"I'll paint it later," he said. "But first... let's get priority one out of the way."
"I love how your first priority is to fix a gate instead of ending the war," I snarked.
Razer laughed as he displayed what was most likely the screwdriver that he was talking about.
It was a small cylinder with a thinner cylinder on top, plus a red circle with silver and black bullet-like thing at the very end.
"Razer... that does don't look like a normal screwdriver."
"Meeps, seriously, stop." Razer said sternly.
I opened my mouth just as a bright light seemingly swallowed up my friend.
"Razer!" I shouted, running towards him and towards the light.
And the light engulfed me completely.
When the light cleared, I was no longer in the Underworld... and Razer was nowhere to be seen.
Then a door opened.
And I swung my sword.
This is only the first of the disappearances.
