Moon's POV

"Hey Moon," Sheila said. "How are you feeling?"

I gave her a queasy smile. "A little worried to be honest."

"Why?" Sheila asked. "For Ember?"

I nodded. "Yes," I replied. "But for all of us too."

Sheila was silent as she listened, not making a snappy comment for once.

"There's a giant threat lurking out there and all of us... we're all split up," I said. "I feel like... I feel like this was the Overseer's plan all along."

"Maybe it was," Sheila replied. "But what can we do now except endure it?"

"I wish there was more that we could do." I said.

"What are you two talking about?" Shizuku asked.

"Nothing," Sheila lied. "Hey, can you get us some drinks?"

"Okay!" The younger girl ran off to get drinks.

"Now where were we?" Sheila mused. "Oh right, well, the good news is maybe we can ask for an alliance with the Young Dreamers Nation, or at least a ceasefire."

"What for?" I asked.

"To stop the Overseer, ya dickhead!" Sheila snapped.

"Oh..." I said. "Right..."

"Look, some of the members are already on friendly terms with each other," Sheila explained. "As long as no dickhead botched it up, we could call for a temporary truce long enough to send the Overseer back into the grave."

"I'm back!" Shizuku said, handing me a can.

"Thanks?" I said, confused of why she gave me red bean paste.

"I apologize," Sheila whispered. "She's still learning our ways."

I gave the girl a warm smile.

"Come on, Shizuku," Sheila said. "Ryan's going to need help later."

"Okay," Shizuku said. "Bye Moon!"

Sheila waved farewell.

"Bye," I said.

Sheila's POV

"Wait red paste isn't a drink?" My younger sister asked.

"No silly!" I said, laughing. "Who told you it was a drink?"

"Karin did!" Shizuku told me.

"I see," I replied.
