When Neal told Killian that Emma had called and Pan managed to switch bodies with Henry he was concerned. But when he found out that Regina and Katherine were with him, locked in Regina's vault he was furious. Furious that he left her alone and didn't have her come with him to find the candle.
Killian and Neal arrived at the vault a few minutes before Emma, the Charmings, Gold, and Belle did. They also had Henry with them only now he was in Peter Pan's body. Hearing that the shadow was back and had killed Blue, Tinkerbell decided to join them.
"Henry?" Neal asked. "Is it really you?"
"Dad!" Henry exclaimed, running over to him.
"Did you find the shadow?" David asked. "Not yet," Tinkerbell said.
"But we'll be ready for it when we do," Killian said, holding up the candle. "Now if someone could explain how we get this bloody thing open," he said, gesturing toward the vault.
"What do you mean?" Gold asked. "It's locked up tight," Neal said.
"Really?" Gold asked, holding up his hand as he tried to push the doors open with magic but nothing happened.
"It's blood magic," Gold said.
"So what does that mean? The only two people who can open it are inside?" Emma said. "I can get it," Gold said. "Just might take me some time."
Everyone sighed, as they watched Gold use his magic on the doors, trying to get them open. It took a couple of minutes but eventually, the doors flew open.
"Shall we?" he asked. Killian pushed past him, rushing down into the vault. Books were lying all over the place as if they had been ransacked. But more importantly, were Regina and Katherine's unconscious bodies lying on the ground.
"Katherine," he said, rushing over to her. Gold walked over, able to tell what had happened. With a wave of his hand, purple light emitted from his as Katherine slowly woke up with a small groan.
Gold walked over and did the same thing to Regina.
"Hey. You're alright" Killian said as he helped Katherine sit up. "What happened?" she asked, looking around.
"It's Henry" Emma said. "Somehow, Pan switched bodies with him."
"And I fell for it" Regina sighed. "We all did," Mary Margaret said.
"I wanted to believe what he was saying so badly, I missed all the signs. I just wanted to believe that he still needed me to be his mother" Regina said, dusting herself off.
"I still do."
Katherine turned and was a little stunned to see what looked like Peter Pan walk right in. "Henry?" Regina asked, opening her arms as he walked right in.
