      Estella looked at Lionel with anger at this point and said, “Even if I tell you I didn’t played with him…. I didn’t use him or his love… you won’t believe me… just like he did… and now I do not desire to explain…” she wanted to explain everything to  Adrian but she knew he will not listen to her.. so her silence would be a better cure…
Lionel  felt ease after her words but he replied, “Then you shouldn’t have killed our father.. or do you regret it… because you lost  his trust… you helped in killing our father, still hope for trust?” Lionel was angry at her but he knew she was just a puppet of Nicolai… but she fell for Adrian which was not planned… Lionel was here to think a way to make his brother alive again from inside not for show… he wanted his brother smile again.. he promised his mother to take care of him and he will…. But that doesn’t mean he will go easy on her….

      Estella said with anger, “I do not regret helping for killing your father.. you both are raising this anger inside you because you father died.. when you both are fully grown up….. but I,,, I was just 15… for first time my father accepted being my father but King Edmund killed them all… my mother father… I was a orphan…. You have no idea how much I hated your father..” Lionel’s eyes widen on this fierce women in front of him, who was never in right condition but enough strong to fight against the king…
Lionel knew what happened to her was not right, she was just a child when she lost everything….. she must be more pitiful than him or Adrian… but he cannot forget his father’s death either…. But she is the only one to make Adrian be himself again…. And she need to pay for what she did to his brother…

      Lionel turned to her and said, “…. I will meet you in the court room as a King who will judge your crimes…. And as a brother of Adrian I might not be in your favor… a King should be neutral while judgment but I will break this rule for my brother.. prepare yourself because your plead won’t work..” Lionel left without any further words….  Estella looked down on the ground as her eyes are without any expression just with tears.. she smirked and said, “I already prepared myself for death because I know I can never face his hate… before I die.. I want to tell him one time that I LOVE HIM…”

   Lionel went to the palace and straight went to Adrian’s room… he found the door open and Adrian with a glass of alcohol… Adrian was tensed, worried, angry and trying to stop himself from going to her… This got Lionel worried because he has seen Adrian with his smirk and saying cheesy words.. his brother has changed, it is true Adrian lose control when he sees blood, but that’s not his personality, Adrian develop violet behavior after his mother passed away but it was not all over his day… but now, Adrian trauma has become his personality… a person with no mercy and tremendous pain his craved in his  heart by his loved once…. Now he feels lonely…

   Lionel hated seeing Adrian like this… Adrian had changed…. Lionel walked in and that caught Adrian’s attention…

    Adrian greeted Lionel, Lionel sat in front of Adrian and asked, “you should be sleeping after travelling for these days…”

    Adrian kept drinking, he didn’t wanted to answer the question… Lionel said again, “I am little worried about tomorrows court…. And my judgment…”

    Adrian stopped for a moment and had a glance at Lionel and asked, “What? The criminals should be punished at any cost…” he sounded like he was dying to punish her.. but was he really ready to see her like that…

   Lionel nodded and said, “the main culprit is dead what is use of punishing the people he played with, it feels incomplete…… as far I know Tristan and his people are just few lowly born people worked under the royal, there life means nothing, anyways if they die no one will cry, their souls sound meaningless to me… and Estella… she is worst scenario, her mother is dead, she had never proper status in life, no better than maid even when she is royal blood… half royal blood… even if we searched day and night endlessly we can’t find a single person to care about her existence… think what kind of 19 year old girl walks in a unknown country filled with enemies to kill the king….but I still want to punish her but it’s incomplete for me without Nicolai.. I want to see him beg.. ” Arian hated how Lionel described Estella, his grip tightening around his glass..

    Adrian took a sip of his drink and said, “I  killed him… I gave him an ugly death… I went out of control…. And I have no regrets….”

  Lionel nodded and said, “I know… we will meet in the court tomorrow… good night..”

     Before walking out, Lionel had a glance at Adrian…. Lionel said to himself, “How will you heal… and stop hurting yourself….”

    Lionel went to his room and his wife Evelyn was waiting for him, she could sense the worry on Lionel’s face, Lionel sat beside her… she asked, “Your majesty… are you worried about tomorrows court.. I heard Prince Adrian brought some prisoner..”

      Lionel said, “I am worried about Adrian…. And that girl Estella…. I am sure he loves her and she does too… but he is in anger and wants to punish everyone…”

      Evelyn placed her hand on his shoulder and said, “Prince Adrian scares me now… he not the joyful person who use to be… I am worried, if something bad happens…. What made him like this…”

     Lionel replied as he was looking out of the window, “She betrayed him… I never knew this would be future of their love… I saw them happy together… but she did what he never imagined….”

   Evelyn said out, “What kind of women is she?.... she is like curse for him..”

   Lionel said, “I don’t know who is right and who is wrong…. I am sure anger at everyone Adrian captured but Estella… she is daughter of King Hames… she saw her parents die… she did the same what Adrian is trying to do… is there any difference in between them…”
