I take my seat in the Goodison Park stadium with a massive smile on my face knowing that Ben could possibly make his debut against the all mighty Liverpool. I was confident they would win as Liverpool had recently suffered a 7-2 defeat. When the team news came, I wasn't gonna lie and say I wasn't disappointed when I saw Ben not playing but a smile soon replaced my frown as I saw him on the bench.

The boys walk out onto the pitch with nerves bouncing all round them. I look to the bench to see Ben sitting with his legs up, resting on the chair in front of him. He looks over to me and I give him a wave and blow a kiss in his direction. He smiles and blows a kiss back with a cheeky wink. I smile and look forward and watch the game.

I sigh as I see one of Everton's center backs on the floor in pain. As a Liverpool supporter, I didn't care much as I was still angry with the decision against Pickford. Even as a Liverpool supporter, I still wore an Everton shirt with Ben's surname on the back of it. I look over at the bench to see him warming up. I smile bright as I see him walk onto the pitch.

I clap and cheer for him which earns a quick glance and wave. The game continues with Liverpool scoring and then Everton equaling the score straight afterwards. Liverpool score a deciding goal which inside, I'm cheering and jumping around, but on the outside I sigh. I look over at Ben and see a disappointed frown on his face.

Ben had played well the whole game, getting unlucky with the goals Liverpool have scored but overall, he played like he deserved to be on the team. VAR calling an offside, catches me off guard and causing me to frown, "Bullshit." I mumble under my breathe which causes a few of the wives and girlfriends to laugh at me. "I think you're a loyal girlfriend. A proper Liverpool supporter, yet you're sitting here with an Everton shirt." One of them says causing me to laugh, "Ben owes me big time." I joke until I hear the final whistle.

I wait in the car for Ben as he has a quick team talk and an ice bath. I soon see him smiling with a cheeky grin walking toward my red Audi. I scoff as he opens the door, "Unlucky babe. This is why you clearly need to support the better team." He says as he hops into the passenger side. "Shut up, Ben. You guys were just lucky. How much did you pay the ref?" I question jokingly which earns a chuckle from my boyfriend.

"£10 000." He says with a wink causing me to laugh. "But on a serious note, you played really, really well babe. Like, you genuinely looked like you belonged there." I say and start the car. I press down on the accelerator and start the journey to our new home that we bought last week. "Thank you babe. That means a whole lot to me." He says as I feel his hand rest on my thigh.

"I guess you could say you were my lucky charm." He says after awhile of silence causing me to chuckle, "That's sweet but if that's the case, next time I'm not coming to the Liverpool vs Everton game." I say causing him to chuckle, "You're never gonna let this down, are you?" He questions. "Of course not! Like, what the fuck? How can Pickford just tackle Big Virg like that? Just cause it's god damn offsides." I mumble the last part under my breath but Ben just chuckles.

"I won't lie, I thought we weren't gonna have a goal keeper for the rest of the game. I hope Virgil is okay." He says as I smile towards him, "In the end, it's not your fault." I say and turn into our drive way. "You look good in an Everton shirt, by the way." He saw as we step out the car and make it inside our home. "You're never gonna see me in it again when you play Liverpool." I say with a stern look.

He sighs as he pulls me close to him and wraps his arms around my shoulders, "But you love me, don't you?" He questions with a slight pout, "Oh my god! You're such a drama queen." I say whilst rolling my eyes, "Well, do you?" He questions as he forces his bottom lip to quiver. I roll my eyes in response, "What do you think?" I question. He smiles wide and pecks my cheek, "Then wear my shirt next game." He says with a cheeky grin. I groan and look into his deep brown eyes, "But-"

I'm cut off by a loud laugh, "Wow! You really love Liverpool." He says and kisses my cheek multiple times. "I'm sorry! I promise I'll wear your shirt every other game, especially against Man City and Man United, but I can't against Liverpool." I say with an unsure smile. He smiles down at me and finally places his lips on mine for a short kiss, "I don't mind babe, I know you mean well." He says after our kiss. I smile and kiss his lips once more, "This is why you're the best boyfriend."

He chuckles and pulls my hand towards the TV room, "Netflix and cuddles?" He asks with puppy dog eyes causing me to chuckle, "The fact that you have to ask is insulting." I say and walk with him to the couch. I lay down on top of him, wrapping my arms around his muscled torso and lay my legs comfortably around him. He sighs in contempt and I feel his lips softly pressed on my forehead, "I love you."

He says which causes me to smile from ear to ear, "I love you too, babe." I softly say and feel my eyes become heavy. I fall asleep to the soft snores of Ben as the soft sounds from the TV smooth us both to sleep.
