"Patton knows." Virgil whispered as the fatherly friend ran out to go grab some more snacks. Roman shot him a confused look as Virgil squeezed his hand. "What you are... He knows your a demon."

"WHA-..." Roman choked back as Logan glanced over at them before just shrugging and turning back to the movie. "What do you mean?"

"He and Janus both are witches. According to Janus, he's known about what you are but... not about your past or... not that it's your past specifically." Roman frowned as he turned to stare off after where Patton had run off to.

"If he knows... why isn't he trying to kill me like everyone else is?"

"Do you really think that Patton would do that? The man's a puffball." Roman's eyes only darkened as Virgil sighed. "Patton seems genuine about being both of our friends. Janus said Patton willfully allowed... as in wanted you to join us. That's got to count for something right?"

"Yea... no... I-I know, Patton's a good guy. I could sense it in him. He smelt of Iris and Peruvian lily." Virgil chuckled lightly as Roman smiled a bit at the sound. "I just... I guess I figured he would've hated me if he knew."

"Roman, anyone who actually took the time to see YOU would never dream of hating you. It just takes a bit for people to truly see what's right in front of them." Roman leaned his head against the other as he hummed softly. "I would be very surprised if there was a single person in the whole world you couldn't somehow win over."

"I don't need anyone else. You're all the friend I need." Virgil's face fell in shock as his heart practically skipped at what was said. "Thank you, Virgil."

"It's no problem at all, Roman."

"I'm back!" Patton giggled as he stumbled in with a bowl of popcorn. "Why don't we turn the movie off. I wanna hang out and talk." Logan rolled his eyes fondly at the bubble boy's energy, as he switched the movie off and carefully moved to join his boyfriend in the circle. It actually surprised a bunch of people when Janus sat down between Virgil and Patton, making his twin giggle spastically with excitement. Although it did take everything in Roman not to growl at him again. If it wasn't for him holding Virgil's wrist he didn't know if he would have been able to stay sitting. "Ok. Ok... I want to make it a game but uh... I'm not too sure what." He laughed making Janus groan softly at his brother.

"Why don't we just get to know each other?" Janus offered making Patton's eyes light up a bit.

"Oh! Yes! We'll just ask each other questions... Like truth or dare but without the dare."

"Truth or dare?" Roman whispered softly a question in his eyes as Virgil laughed with a shake of his head.

"Don't worry about it, Ro. It's just a game. Patton, why don't you go first?" Virgil called out as Roman shifted closer to him not liking how close Virgil was to Janus.

"Uh... What's everyone's favorite color?!" Patton squeaked happily as he rocked about in his spot. "Mines blue."

"Royal blue." Logan answered without the slightest pause making Patton laugh.

"Yellow." Janus shrugged not really knowing what else to say.

"I kinda dig purple." Virgil added softly glancing over to see Roman just sitting there tensely. "Ro? Do you have one or no? It's ok if you don't."

"I used to like red." Both Janus and Patton frowned as Roman shifted awkwardly. "I don't particularly like it that much anymore. Not... Not like I did. It's still a nice color and everything but... I uh... I don't like it like that anymore."

"That's ok? Is there any other color you like?" Virgil spoke softly seeing that familiar look in Roman's eyes that meant the subject was bordering something that Roman found triggering.

"Gold... and white, to be honest. I like the meanings." Roman smiled as he shrugged a bit sheepishly. "Gold is often seen as symbolic of wealth but it's also a compassionate color, which I enjoy. And white... That's kind of obvious. It's a pure color... a hopeful color."

"That's so sweet!" Patton awed making Roman instantly flush and look away. "Logan do you have any questions? Janus?" The two just shook their heads making Virgil laugh again. "What about you two? Roman?"

"I guess..." Roman gritted his teeth as stared at the floor in front of him. "I would just... I wanted to know what everyone would wish for... if given the chance." That made Janus really tense, of course, Patton just smiled sadly at Roman as he patted Janus's leg to calm him down. "Like... What your greatest wish would be if you could get it without having to give anything up?"

"For my friends to be happy." Patton responded easily making Roman's eyes light up. "That's not a very difficult question for me. All I ever want is for those I care about to be healthy and happy."

"That's a good wish." Roman mumbled making Patton smile more. "I uh... um..." Roman glanced over at Virgil before laughing at himself. "My wish would be to be different. Um... Uh... Wait... Nevermind, forget it. I can't really explain it anyway. Virgil!" Roman quickly forced the attention off of him only to freeze up with anxiety seeing the look Virgil was giving him. "Please, ignore it?" He whispered quietly as Virgil sighed and nodded, deciding to pick the topic back up.

"Right now, my wish would be to get some of that popcorn. Patton, pass it over." Virgil teased as he took a handful with a bright smile, noticing how Janus was staring at Roman with this complete disbelief in his eyes. Janus finally met his gaze and just dropped finally understanding what Virgil meant when he said he didn't know Roman at all. "Janus... do you have a wish?"

"More spell books." Janus forced a fake laugh as Logan groaned in faux annoyance.

"You and your fascination with the occult." Logan smiled as he glanced over at Patton making Roman's eyes shoot up with such a spark, both Patton and Janus frowned in confusion.

"That's a good one too." Roman whispered before coughing to hide the fact that he said anything at all when Logan shot him a confused look. "I said... Do you have one too?"

"No." Roman laughed as he rolled his eyes knowing for a fact that Logan had been lying. Roman, being that he was a demon, could tell a person's desire. Logan wanted more than anything for all of Patton's dreams to come true. "I don't find myself making wishes. I'm the kind of person who will work to achieve them."

"Awe, but Logie!" Patton whined as Logan just shook his head. "That's no fun!"
