BOOM! The large missile planted into the ground not too far behind us. Causing the earth to shake. There was one problem it was so strong that it literally threw Raiden and me along with it forward.

"AH!" I shout losing my grip on his back.

"No__!" He gasps, seeing my form fly forward. I braced myself for impact this was going to hurt. I was only inches away from the ground when suddenly Raiden shows up right behind me.

Crash!

It all happened so fast I could barely process it. Next thing I knew I found myself crushed against hard metal, crashing against the dirt. "Y-you shielded -."  I wheezed.

He cut me off. "Of course, but hurry climb on." We only had a few seconds I could see the cyborgs run full speed towards us. My legs stung so bad. I glanced down ay my infected swollen one. Yup it looked bad.

"Infected..damn.. that's not good." He noticed. Grabbing my wrist in a quick action he pulled me up onto his back. "I'm gonna need you to hold on tight. I can't hold you while using my sword."

"W-wha. *gulp* Alright." I gripped Raiden around my neck really tight, hugging my legs around him. This was the only way. I nod. " Ready."

"Good." He sped up really fast running as fast as he could. The wind whipped at my form. He ran so fast that I could see more bolts of blue light around us. 'Pretty..' I thought.

"Military Cyborg you best drop that human right now! Ur not authorized!" As an enemy cyborg raced towards us with his minions.  I could see more bullets come towards us.

"PFt! like hell I will." Raiden hissed. Taking a quick step he turned around. 'W-woah!' I felt my body jerk. Pulling out the sword he aimed it right at the enemy.

"NO way will I let you take an innocent human away!" His tone went dark. It was so cold.

*CHING* His sword went straight through it. It rained a deep red. It got onto my face and hair. 'ew.' I thought.

"ANyone else!?" He hissed whipping back to run full speed ahead. Thump thump thump. With one sword in his hand, he bolted.

"Not too far away now." I hear his voice. I had my eyes shut so I could focus on holding on. It hurt to hold on at this point. I didn't reply.

I felt a hand touch mine. He seemed worried that I tapped out there."I.m okay." I whispered. He kept his metal hand on mine as he ran. I guess this was his way of telling me we will make it, no matter what. "It hurts..please hurry.." I whimpered.

Not too long after that, we lost the enemy. I could hear Raiden speak to me, but I was so tired I couldn't reply. He sheathed his sword.  " We are here.. there's the plane see it?"

"Mhm." I mumbled.

I started feeling him slow down. I opened my eyes, seeing the plane I sighed a bit. In big letters it said Solis. I felt a ping of relief hit me. Raiden halted. "Need.. help.?"

I slowly slid myself off his back. He quickly turned around to make sure I didn't fall. I hissed a bit at my leg, feeling the weight on it. "Come one you can rest in the plane." I suddenly felt myself get scooped up from behind. "Ah he-." I wanted to protest, but his voice cut me off.

"It's okay, I got this." Raiden carried me up into the white plane. The problem was there weren't really any passenger seats only the one in front where he would sit. "Oh.." His voice trailed off. " I didn't think it was still just gonna be like this, one seat." He said in an apologetic way. Slowly he set me down on my feet. " Here uh, I know you may not like this but, we probably need to share the seat." He scratched his silver hair.

"It's okay.."  I tried to laugh it off. I guess I got no choice. This was embarrassing. The seat was pretty large, but a Cyborg like him filled it mostly. dropping my backpack on the ground I made my way over to Raiden who sat on the chair. I slowly sat down, taking the tiny space left on the seat, and partly his lap. I did not look at his face, at all. I was glad to sit down though finally.

"You okay..?" He spoke from behind me

"Fine." I said in a strong word. Not looking back one bit. 'EEe...p she must be a bit grumpy.' If Raiden could have a sweat drop off his face, it would of. My heart was racing like crazy, I almost just died twice today how should I feel?

"Are you already then?" I cheery voice of a woman suddenly popped up in a PA. She sounded fairly young still. "Hey Sunny, yes I have her here with me now. Should be ready."

"Great! ignition!"  Said Sunny.

Both I and Raiden's eyes go wide. 'W-ah? no sound down again?' Raiden sighed. "Goodbye..home." I whispered in a small voice. I felt a hand touch my shoulder. Raiden of course heard it, and it stung a bit for him to hear that. The plane began to move, and extremely fast may  I add. I felt myself suddenly get smushed back from the speed it went up.

Little did I know my life was going to get even cooler. Sure it was absolute hell for a bit, but now  I made a new friend for life.
