I woke up and I had the worse headache. To make it worse I heard someone running up and down the hall way. I looked around I was unfamiliar with my surroundings. I looked over on the nightstand and seen a picture of Kayla and Anthony. I smiled. I got up and made my way downstairs to see Kayla cooking. I came up behind her

"You cook na?" I whispered in her ear.

She turned around and smiled. "Yes! Now what would you like to eat? I made pancakes, eggs, sausage and biscuits."

"I'll like everything... But there's one thing missing from what i'd like ta eat."

"What's that?" She smirked

"You-"

"Daddy!?" Anthony ran up and grabbed my leg.

"What's up luh' man?" I asked

"Nothing. I'm just hungry. When did you get hea? I called you yesterday. Me and ma. I thought you forgot about us."

"Ohh shit!" Kayla turned back around and turned the stove off
"Y'all ready to eat?" She asked

I nodded and Anthony chanted. We ate and then I left and went back home. On my way I called Camille.

"August?!" I called you all fucking night lastnight!! Where the fuck was you!!" She yelled

"Yo, chill tha fuck out. My heads hurtin' an shit. Damn. I spent tha night at my mama house."

"Why August?!"

"Cause I was too drunk ta drive. Open tha door." I said getting out the car. She opened the door and I was greeted with a mug.

She sniffed me. "Why you smell like a woman and weed."

"I was smoking befo' I drunk an I was at my Mama's house. Na' stop asking me all these questions."

"I'm sorry." She said

"Tell me about it.." I said referring to lastnight with Kayla. Of course I took a shower and all that before I chilled with Chris's and went to Kayla's.
