I walked around Tati's house crying to this song. It came dropped yesterday and Nicki killed it, it's like that part was made for me. I was there when August was selling dope, then when I left and came back he'd come and leave he was high sometimes, others not, said he loved me and he stays messing with hoes like that's what he wants but hopefully deep inside he knows what we had in the past was real.

My phone went off. It was an unknown number with the Atlanta area code.

"Who's this?" I asked

"Kayla? Honey, it's your mom."

"Mom? How'd you get my number?"

"Ms. Sheila."

"Okay, well I can't talk i'm busy."

"Alright. I'll call you back later."

I hung up and Anthony and Tati walked in with food.

"Foood!!!!" I smiled and walked over to them

"Damn girl, wait. This foods not going anywhere. You going to get fat if you keep eating you going to be huge."

I mugged her. "I've been eating alot and i've never gained weight."

"I can't tell! Ya face and hips is getting bigger."

"I can't help that... I don't know what's up with that, now food please! I've been drinking more than eating and I need food!"

"Here. Take this banana until I say you can eat." She handed me a banana

"Look bitch. Give me some fucking food before I take it." I said serious as hell

"Sorry, damn! There's your plate." She handed me

"Thank you." I smiled

"Baby daddies calling." She told me I looked at my phone and seen Aug's picture.

"Anthony, answer that. It's ya father." He picked it up and they began talking

"Put ha on tha phone." I told him and I heard them bickering then she finally spoke

"Aight... Camille, Kayla said she gonna beat ya ass when she get back hea' from LA."

"Tell her she in my city i'll go have someone whoop her ass. Better yet I might be pregnant but my hands ain't i'll kill that young hoe."

"Hell nah." She said and hung up

"You betta be happy ya luh' grown ass pregnant or i'd fuck you up." I told Camille

She rolled her eyes. "So, what if it's a girl?" What would we name her?"

"I don't know." I said

"Can you try to think?"

"No, look. I luh ya and all but I don't want to have a child with you."

"Why cause Kayla? You don't know what the fuck you want August! Why you so stuck on her now?! More than after y'all broke up. Y'all been fucking or something?" She asked

"August." I heard her behind me "I know you." She pushed me "Fucking hear me.

I back handed her stumbled

"Get tha fuck out my face with that shit, and if I have been fuckin ha? So tha fuck what, you jealous?"

"Yes! Because you're mine! You're supposed to be my man!" She cried

"And I was ha's befo ya ass drugged me and I fucked you and ya hoe ass friends."

She sat there silently.

I walked out the room and texted Kayla

Me: I love you Kayla, with all my heart and i'm sorry. You been down with a nigga since day one and I never meant to hurt you. If you'd take me back i'd do you right. Nothing would come between us again, you can come with me to every party, concert, show, anything. Take me back and i'll drop Camille. If you'd let me be with you there would be no need for her.

I stared at that last text, I guess her Love changed but mine will remain the same. I'm going to get her back.
