"Y/n."

"Sadie."

Sadie rolled her eyes. "We're going to a party tonight." She said with a grin.

"No way. I don't want to babysit." You shook your head, laughing.

Sadie rolled her eyes again. "Please, for me." She pleaded.

You sighed. "But if you leave me alone-"

"I won't." She smiled.

After you entered the house Sadie disappeared into the crowd and you were left alone.

You knew Sadie was going to drink so you didn't drink because someone had to drive home. You were talking to one of your friend when someone jumped on your back. You could smell Sadie's perfume right away so you didn't even have to turn around to see who was jumping on your back.

"Let's get some air. I feel a little sick." Sadie whispered in your ear.

You apologized to your friend and walked out of the house with Sadie on your back.

Sadie and you sat next to each other in the backyard. She rested her head on your shoulder and breathed deeply.

You giggled. "How much did you drink?"

"Just a little...but come to think of it, maybe more than a little." She chuckled.

"I thought so."

"Y/n/n?"

"Mhm?"

"I love you." Sadie mumbled.

"I love you too."

"No, you don't understand."

You furrowed your eyebrows. "What are you talking about?"

"I'm in love...with you." She said before lifting her head from your shoulder.

"You're drunk, you don't know what you're talking about."

"I may be drunk but I know what I'm talking about." She chuckled.

"I doubt it."

"You don't love me, do you?"

"But I do. Why wouldn't I love you?" You asked, puzzled.

"But you don't in love with me, do you?"

You sighed. "If you've sobered up, we'll talk about it."

"I don't want to talk about it sober! I'd rather you tell me now that you don't love me. I'd rather you break my heart drunk than sober. Then maybe I won't remember." She cried.

"Sades-"

"No Y/n! I've had enough of this. Say it, here and now! I want to hear it!" She sobbed.

You said nothing but took her face between your hands and kissed her deeply. After you pulled away Sadie still had her eyes closed.

You giggled. "Won't you open your eyes?"

"I don't know if I dare."

"Why?"

"Because I think I'm still asleep." She laughed. "And you only kissed me in my dream."

"This is real Sades." You said as you tucked a lock of hair behind her ear. "I promise."

Sadie opened her eyes and you smiled at each other. "Can we go home now? I need to sleep." She whined.

"Okay, you're ruining the moment." You laughed after you stood up and held out your hand to Sadie to help her up.

Sadie giggled then gave you a quick kiss on the lips.

"When I get sober I'll make it up to you." She winked.

"Oh yeah? And with what?" You asked with a grin.

"You know, the kind of thing you do in bed." She said and then leaned over to your ear. "Naked." She whispered in your ear and then kissed you below the ear, giving you goose bumps.

"Do we really have to wait until you sober up?"
