"So, what do you do Y/n?" Sadie's mother Lori asked.

"I'm doing two things at the same time which is stressful and demanding at times but I don't regret a minute of it." You said.

"And what would those two things be?" She continued to inquire.

"Yes, here comes the part." You said with a laugh. "I'm playing football and taking photos."

"A footballer and a photographer. Good choice Sadie." Said Sadie's father Casey.

"Come on, don't act like Sadie's never told you about that." Lori said to her husband while gently punched his arm.

"Shh, don't ruin it." Casey whispered as he tried to hold back his laughter.

"I hope you only said good things about me." You said while turning to Sadie with a grin.

"No." She shook her head. "I specifically said bad things about you so they'd be prepared for you." She shrugged.

"Oh, is that what this is about?" You asked with raised eyebrows.

"Yeah. Is there something wrong with that?" Sadie asked as she crossed her arms in front of her chest.

"Questions shouldn't be answered with questions, love."

Sadie opened her mouth to speak but she has a blush on her face by the nickname and turned away.

"Are you blushing now?" You asked with a grin.

"No..." Sadie said quietly while she still not turned her head back.

"Then why did you turn away?"

"Because...because I have to sneeze." Sadie lied.

"Hmm, you're a great actress but you're a terrible liar."

"Okay, that's enough. I don't want to look like a tomato." Said Sadie gesturing with her hands.

"Too late." You laughed.

"Stop it."

"I wasn't doing anything."

"Just look at me is enough." Sadie said as she looked you in the eye.

"Sorry." You said softly.

Sadie's parents laughed in silence as they watched you.

"It's nice to see you so free around Y/n. She's a good influence on you." Casey said.

You and Sadie smiled and looked at each other as you interlocked your fingers together under the table.

"I mean...I think she's more of a bad influence." Sadie said as your jaw dropped and Sadie just laughed.

"That was rude Elizabeth." You pouted.

"Don't call me Elizabeth."

"Don't be so rude."

"I am not!"

"Yes, you are!"

"Whatever."

"Hah, I won." You said proudly.

"Yes, sweetheart." Sadie said as she put one hand on your bicep.

Now you were the one with the blush on your face so you turned away.

"So who's blushing now?" Sadie teased you.

"Shut up, Elizabeth." You said as you laughed.

"No. You shut up."

"Okay." You said, and you all started laughing.

"We really like you Y/n." Casey said.

"Consider yourself part of our family, dear." Lori said with a smile.

"Are you serious?" You asked in surprise.

"Of course." Lori said.

"Welcome to the Sink family Y/n." Casey said.
