It was a cold winter day when I decided to go to hogsmade. Alone, cold, wet was how I was. Never really did anything with people, I'm not introverted, it's just all my friends are always busy. I let out a sigh releasing a visible breath into the air. It was definitely cold. As I walked through hogsmade, snow crunched underneath my wool boots. Only my eyes and nose poked out of my scarf and hat. I walked with my hands in my pockets so they don't freeze.

I wanted to go into the three broomsticks, my favorite place to just sit and ponder. I make my way into the shop and order a hot cocoa. "Thank you." I said grabbing the mug from the waiter. He nodded at me and walked away. I loved the feeling of warm cocoa going down your throat only o hit your cold stomach and make you feel all warm and fuzzy. But that warm and fuzzy feeling left when I felt the cold harsh wind hit me as someone opened the door. It was Malfoy, brat of the school, jerk but is a scaredy cat. "Hello, (y/n)." He said slapping his hand on the table and sneering as I jumped. He sat down with Blaise and Goyle. "What do you want Malfoy?" I asked in an annoyed tone. "Nothing. Just like seeing you in pain." He said. "Oh well haha very funny." I mocked. "Look Malfoy have you just come here to make fun of me or do you want something?" I asked him. "Nothing, I just want to make fun of you." He said laughing. I rolled my eyes and got up. I walked outside and was immediately slapped with cold wind. "Ugh." I groaned.

There was a blizzard but I just wanted to get back home. I started walking and I couldn't see anything. The wind was loud also so I couldn't here anything. I don't know how far I've come or gone. I dropped to my knees and shivered. I fell down face up to the sky. I laid there looking at the sky with snowflakes buzzing past. I stayed there until I felt someone pick me up. It was a guy I could tell that but I couldn't figure out who. Whoever it was, he was really warm and smelled really good. I curled up into him and listened to the sound of his heartbeat as my vision faded to black. I woke up in a hospital bed. And the guy that save me was next to me. It took me a minute for my blurry vision to focus and I saw him. Draco, Draco was the one who saved me. I sat up and looked at him. "Draco?" I asked. He looked up from the floor. "Hey your okay." He said. "Yeah, what happened?" I asked.

"Hypothermia, they thought you had frostbite but you just needed to warm up." I looked down at my red hands. I moved and I felt a jolt of pain in my leg. "Ouch." I said looking down. It was in a boot. "Yeah, you also hit a piece of ice when you fell so now our in a boot, and I'm going to have to carry your stuff for you." He said clasping his hands together. "Hey Draco?" I ask. "Why did you save me? Like, you hate me." I said. "No, I just like messing with you, I don't hate you, I like messing with you." He stated. "Oh. But still, why?" I asked pushing for an answer. "Because even though we may not always get along, I still think your a cool person, I like you... not in that way like a friend way." He said blushing. "Oh, okay then." At that moment the nurse came back and set me free. I walked down the hallway in crutches with Draco by my side carrying my books. "Thank you Draco." I said as I got to my room. "It's no problem." He said. I opened my door set my crutches and my books and looked at him as he walked away. He looked back at me and I smiled. And for some reason he smiled too.
