You were beaming to yourself as you and most of the Van der Linde gang walked into the saloon in the nearby town. It had taken some convincing but you managed to get Dutch to let you go to the saloon with them.

A few members of the gang decided to get out of the camp for a while and to have some drinks. You wanted to go with them but Dutch had always been overprotective of you. Hosea had to convinced him that everything would be okay and you had to promise him that you wouldn't drink any alcohol.

The gang walked to the back of the saloon, splitting off into smaller groups since there was too many of you to fit at one table. So you all sat at the few tables at the back of the saloon. You sat with Dutch, Hosea, Arthur and John.

John had gone to the bar to grab drinks for the table but he soon returned with five beers in his hands. He placed a bottle down in front of each of you, including you.

"Oh no" Dutch chuckled as he reached over and took the beer bottle away from you before you even had time to pick it up.

"Dutch" you groaned, but you weren't surprised by his actions.

"I'm not changing my mind. I told you that you could come if you didn't drink" Dutch reminded you, shaking his head.

"I'm going over there, where people don't treat me like a child" you glared at him playfully, quickly sticking your tongue out at him before standing up and walking away.

"You're too protective" Arthur told Dutch with a small laugh as he took a sip from his drink.

"It's for her own good" Dutch shrugged, not caring about what they thought. He was just looking out for you.

"You talk about her like she's your daughter" John laughed to himself, making Arthur laugh along. Dutch only muttered something under his breath while he shook his head and took a sip from his own drink.

The whole gang knew that you were like a daughter to Dutch and they knew that he wouldn't know what to do with himself if something happened to you. It was pretty clear that you saw Dutch as your father figure as well.

You walked over to where Sean and Lenny were sitting, taking a seat at their table. The pair of them greeted you with warm smiles and you spent some time talking to them. You always got along with Lenny and Sean really well.

"I'm gonna go and get another drink" Sean announced as he stood up but it was clear that he was already pretty tipsy.

"Sit down before you hurt yourself, give me the money and I'll get it for you" you told him, laughing to yourself as Lenny laughed along with you. Sean just nodded before sitting down and passing you the money. "Do you want one, Lenny?" you asked as you stood up.

"Sure" Lenny nodded with a smile.

You nodded back at him before walking over to the bar. You lent forward on the bar so you could hear the bartender as you ordered two beers. You were only there for a few seconds before a man stood at the bar beside you, a little too close in your opinion but you decided not to think about it too much. It was probably nothing.

"Hi there" the man beside you smiled, he gaze on you was far too intense.

"Uh, hi" you nodded at him before turning your attention back to the bar, just waiting for the bartender to give you the drinks.
