Heaven's POV

I wake up the next morning to the alarm.

I look at the time and groan.

Football.

I get up and do my face car and brush my teeth and put on my football stuff.

Then I go down stairs and eat some oatmeal before going and getting all my bags and packing an outfit for after practice.

I went outside and saw Evan getting in his car. I hopped on with him.

"Hi." I said.

"Hi?"

"You aren't a morning person are you?" I asked.

I never see him this early in the morning because on weekends he's never awake until at least 1pm.

He starts the car and I text Aspyn.

Me: You can take my car if you want or yours idrc

She's still sleep but I wanted to tell her ahead of time.

We arrived at school and the parking lot was pretty vacation, I'm not used to being here super early.

I got to mine and Rae's locker room and put my bags in before heading to the bleachers where Evan, Kio, and a couple other players where.

"So like what do y'all do?" I asked sitting next to them.

"We don't really do anything during morning practices sometimes we'll do some drills or workouts but usually we just mess around while coach works on stuff in his office. Even said.

"Yeah and if you're late you have to do laps, how manydepends on his mood." Kio added.

"One time I was late I had to sprint 50 laps because coach was pissed his booty call canceled on him the previous night." Prince said.

I laughed. "I thought coach was married." I said.

"Girl where you been? They been divorced a while now." Jaylin said.

"Now he a player." Evan said.

"Not just a player. A player, player." Kio said.

I nodded. "Pretty fucked up but it ain't my life." I said.

They chuckled.

A couple minutes later and everyone was here but Asher and Raelynn.

We all already new why, we aren't dumb.

Coach walked out his office and they all stood up so I just followed.

He had a clip board and started taking attendance.

"Okay so where's Asher and Raelynn?" Coach asked.

We all shrugged and let out little laughs as we saw Raelynn and Asher.

Asher held his hands up and Raelynn walked over.

Coach chuckled and rolled his eyes before we all acted normal.

"Ahh Ms. Rae. How nice of you do join us." He exclaimed holding out his hands. 

" I'm so sorry coach, my alarm didn't go off." She apologized. 

Coach was trying really hard to act like he didn't know what was really going on, Raelynn didn't notice.

" Whatever. I want 12 laps around the track with a quickness."

She shook her head before  turning around and making direct eye contact with me before quickly looking away. 

As she was walking toward the field coach yelled towards Asher.
