I find this last prompt particularly interesting. I imagine Kano betrayed Kabal and Eve, and forces them to leave the Black Dragons, leaving them alone in Outworld, where due to their Black Dragon routes, they are very much treated with hostility. At this time, the two aren't close, and initially don't get along, so them being forced together, forced them to work together, leading to a bond forming.
