I was just thinking about how that song is literally how Kiku would want her relationship; the morbid/macabre romantic aspects.

Nothing really else I have to add, though feel free to add anything if you'd like to.

I was thinking about how this song suits Eve x Shang Tsung a bit. Such as Eve and Shang having a relationship where Eve wants to see the best in him, but knows that despite how kind he is to her, he is not a good man. Or how Shang will use her love for him and his charm to manipulate Eve into staying with him. How their love for each other also borders on being Eve's undoing.
