~Burzek Hurt~

Kim and Adam were in the kitchen, making some dinner.

"Thanks!" Adam poured the sauce in.

Kim nodded, and leant on the side.

Adam smiled, and stirred the sauce in the pasta.

After a few minutes. Adam was chopping the carrots, and cut his finger.

"Shit!" Adam cursed.

Kim overheard Adam's mumble, and rushed over.

"W-What's going on, darlin?" Kim asked.

Adam looked at Kim, and cried.

"C-Cut my finger...." Adam whispered.

"Aww, baby, let me see." Kim came closer.

Kim took the towel off Adam's finger, and took a closer look.

"Ooh, that needs stitches." Kim examined.

Adam nodded, and breathed through the pain.

"Let's go!" Kim grabbed her car keys.

Adam followed Kim out of the apartment, and held her hand.

"We'll see Will, and It'll be all sorted." Kim reassured.

"Yep!" Adam got into the car.

Kim got into her side, and drove.

After Awhile. Kim drove to Chicago Med, and parked her car.

"You feel okay?" Kim turned the engine off.

"A-A bit dizzy..." Adam mumbled.

Kim nodded, and took note of Adam's pale face.

"It's alright, were here." Kim whispered.

Kim got out of the car, with Kim's help.

"Ready?" Kim asked.

Adam nodded, and leant on Kim's shoulder.

Kim kissed Adam's head, and walked inside.

After a few minutes. Kim and Adam were sitting at the waiting area.

"Will's gonna be here soon, don't worry..." Kim reassured.

Adam nodded, and closed his eyes.

"ADAM RUZEK!!" Will shouted.

Kim and Adam stood up, and followed Will.

"This way, guys!" Will led the way.

Kim and Adam followed Will to the room.

After about a moment. Adam sat on the bed.

"Let's take a look." Will gently unwrapped the towel.

Adam closed his eyes, and took some breaths.

"Yep, this needs a few stitches..." Will nodded.

Kim and Adam nodded, and cuddled each other.

"Just a minute, guys." Will grabbed his supplies.

Will started stitching Adam's wound closed, and asked a question.

"So, what happened?" Will questioned.

"I-I was making dinner, I was chopping the carrots, and slipped the knife." Adam explained.

Will nodded, and finished stitching the wound.

"Okay, your all done, I'll give Jay a reminder to pick up Mack..." Will suggested.

"Alright, thanks Will." Kim smiled.

"No worries, stay safe!" Will smiled.

"You too, doc!" Adam shut the door.

Will smiled, and packed all his things away.

After a few hours. Kim and Adam arrived home, and went to bed.
