~Hard day~

Jay was at home waiting for his wife, Hailey to come back from the district.

"Where are you, Hails?" Jay paced.

The door unlocked, and opened, to reveal a teary Hailey.

"Hails?" Jay whispered.

Hailey dropped her bag, and sunk to the floor.

"Baby? Hey, what's going on?" Jay asked.

Jay rushed over, and crouched down.

"What's going on?" Jay smiled softly.

Hailey hiccupped, then answered.

"I-I l-lost my C-C-CI..." Hailey cried.

Jay sighed, he knew it hit Hailey hard when someone died.

"Oh, Hails..." Jay whispered.

Hailey fell into Jay's warm arms, and sobbed.

"Sssh, I got you, sweet girl.." Jay soothed.

Hailey curled into Jay's arms, as she sniffled.

"T-Tired..." Hailey yawned.

Jay nodded, and lifted Hailey.

"Let's go to bed then, Hails..." Jay smiled.

Hailey nodded, and let her head fall against Jay's chest.

Jay gave one more kiss to Hailey, and walked upstairs.

After 10 Minutes. Jay and Hailey got into bed, and fell asleep.

Halfway through the night. Hailey woke up, and breathed heavily.

"B-Bad dream..." Hailey muttered.

Jay being a heavy sleeper, didn't hear Hailey wake up.

"W-Why am I-." Hailey stopped.

Hailey's pants were covered in blood, it was her time of the month.

"Shit..." Hailey cursed.

Hailey nudged Jay awake, and teared up.

"Jay..." Hailey nudged.

Jay stirred, then opened his eyes.

"W-What's up, Hails?" Jay croaked.

Hailey looked down, and turned pale.

"Hail-." Jay paused.

Jay looked down, and saw a bloodstain on the bedsheets, as well on Hailey's pants.

"Oh, baby, come on, let's get you in the shower." Jay suggested.

Hailey nodded, and got out of bed.

"It's alright, baby." Jay soothed.

Hailey got carried by Jay, into the bathroom.

"Here we go.." Jay settled Hailey down.

With Hailey's permission. Jay started unbuttoning Hailey's jeans, and shirt.

"Okay, ready to get in?" Jay asked.

Hailey nodded, and hopped in the shower.

Jay stepped in as well, and gently poured some shampoo onto a loofa.

"It's okay, Hails." Jay comforted.

Hailey closed her eyes, letting the cool hands of her husband wash her.

After a few hours. Hailey and Jay were downstairs, eating some dinner.

"You done, babe?" Jay whispered.

Hailey nodded, she couldn't eat all of it.

"Yeah, s-sorry..." Hailey looked down.

Jay smiled, he didn't mind.

"Hey, It's okay, I'm just happy you could eat some." Jay reassured.

Hailey nodded, and stood up.

"Okay, I'll go do the dishes, and you go on up to bed." Jay suggested.

Hailey nodded, and walked upstairs.

Jay started filling the sink with hot water, and cleaned the dishes.

After Jay finished the dishes. Jay settled into bed with Hailey.

"I got you, Hails." Jay kissed Hailey's temple.

Hailey smiled, and snuggled down.

"Night baby." Jay mumbled.

Hailey and Jay closed their eyes, and fell asleep.
